Chris and Maryanne...sorry my spelling may not be accurate. Since you already are in India...maybe you can drive to Pakistan next.
In the northern part of Pakistan, three mountain ranges converge and there are many beautiful valleys, lakes, glaciers, etc. And from the northern border with China, central Asian countries are within a days drive. Maybe there's a special visa just to drive from that border to a central Asian country!
Also central Pakistan, such as, city of Lahore has a lot of Mughal history and architecture. Near Rawalpindi are old ruins of Harappa with Buddhist stupas, etc.
I think you might enjoy the country's diversity and hospitality.
The reason why the nan is fluffy is because it isn't a nan but a paratha....and the reason why the rice doesn't need a curry because it is Biriyani- Sounds like recitation of Quran hence a Muslim restaurant hence edible food

Thank you Bangladesh, Britishers, Communist Party of Bengal and TMC for making Kolkata to this situation. Rest of India is still fine compare to Kolkata, Kolkata is rated the dirtiest city in India.
Poor is ok, but dirty is unacceptable.
@@jrsolomon5960 Not poor. Mostly in places like Delhi UP Bihar even the rich areas look like this. It's not about poverty. Majority are middle class, not poor. It's the mismanagement & lack of hygiene sense

Don't put India in that box according to its worst and most underdeveloped city (Kolkata)! It's not Pakistan or Bangladesh!

@@Dagestanwarrior900 Must be kidding 😂 50% of the videos you found on the internet related to India are from Pakistan & Bangladesh itself. They're not talked about because no one finds them important
@@Dagestanwarrior900 Lol hordes Bangladeshis who sneak in illegally are the ones who have primarily ruined WB as a state. Don't kid yourself Bangladesh is even worse than this.
@@Dagestanwarrior900 Realistically speaking the worst places in India are still better off than most places in Bangladesh. If Bangladesh was that clean and better, why do so many y'all just illegally cross the border and want to get in India anyhow. Did you check your nation's population density, whatever surplus you have gets dmped on our land further contributing to our population crisis. Tell me does one really migrate to place that is even worse than their current one ? No. As bad as India is by western standards or even China it is still miles ahead of Bangladesh.

Keep all your valuables safe. I was pickpocked in Mumbai. 😡
@@derekthurgood3696 I was never pickpocketed in Mumbai but got pickpocketed in CDG airport Paris, another time in Rome, and this May got my canon 80D with L lens stolen from my backpack in an ICE train Paris to Freiburg. Replacement would have cost 3000 euros in Germany. Sigh. We are used to India and get lulled into a false sense of security when we travel abroad.
@@sriniwinner Yeah man it's the same everywhere but people just like to pin India for all their personal maladies, pickpocketing is actually the most common in Southern Europe, especially Italy. Got my wallets stolen not once but twice in Italy and also once in Spain, literally no other countries i have ever had this issue with, not a single country in Asia (Including India). Even in Ghana and Nigeria i was warned by the locals beforehand multiple times, so i complied with their advice, in Italy and Spain you are open target and issued no such warnings and locals could care less if you get robbed in broad-daylight they'll go on with their day usual, it's only contributing to their declining economies.
