    1. Neeragaram from organic rice cooked in traditional form
    2. Butter free buttermilk
    3. Arrow root kanji ( koogaimaavu)
    Additional foods :
    Natural fruits in our local area - banana ,papaya ,
    Black urad dhal - dosa/ idli
    Sprouted green gram
    Pickle made in traditional method

      Indians have their ownversions . Buttermilk, curd , pickle, soaked rice . ( eaten in all rice grown regions of India )
