Which can be also scary which I understand. Grab a nice cup of cocoa or tea, put on a hoodie, listen to music and just cry. It's ok. And you can feel better after. And remember that the feeling is not permanent if you choose to be happy.
I think that sadness is comforting.

Im autistic and every time i go somewhere and try to talk to new people, they always give me the same look that my bullies used to give me and it hurts. Do you know how to deal with this? hey yeah another autistic here - I also got bullied in middle school, and this definitely hits. Personally I find what helps sometimes is to focus on other parts of the situation - like, say you've got a really hard time with talking to people when everyone's in a rush , then try to talk to people when they're not in a rush. Or in terms of the people themselves! Don't befriend assholes! You deserve better! I'm sure there are situations in which you can talk to people without getting too anxious and sad, and I'm sorry that your experience is preventing you from finding those situations right now.

Thank you so much for the tips on loneliness! I’m homeschooled and I live on a farm so I feel lonely quite often. I use social media but I’m shy and more introverted in nature so I usually don’t talk to people. I want to say that I love your music and your personality. I hope that all of us can be as happy as possible in our own lives. I have started to realize myself recently that it IS ok to be sad, and to want to be alone, that way I can see the reality of the situation and not bury myself in a not-so-happy way of thinking.

sorry I'm late responding I just wanted to help you out. all I'm gonna say is if you are unhappy in a friendship or relationship of any kind then you shouldn't stick around. If something that is supposed to make you happy is instead bringing stress and making you upset, it's not a good situation to be in. Don't think of it as toxicity and rather you just don't click and the friendship isn't beneficial to you or your mental health
That’s gonna really hurt them.... they might be clingy because they’re afraid that ur gonna cut them up. If you were a true friend then you would help them through their depressing times. Work through it. If you don’t work with them at their worst then you don’t deserve them at their best. If they are actually hurting you, then that’s a whole different story but from what you said it just sounds like your tired of them because they care about you too much. Just my opinion though.
