I agree. Couldn't understand the explanation in other videos. But somehow you made it understand! I am currently injured (calf strain) and since I can't do anything, I was lucky to find this one. ❤🩹

Hi Nik! You should not have pain anywhere, not your ankles, you must be doing something wrong. Remember, the force of the pump comes from your waist, you must drag the Surfskate with the bottom of your feet. Don’t use ankles or knees.
Ok my friend. There’s no need for another video, you just have to do it the other way around, instead of turning right like I did, you must turn left. Instead of turning clockwise, you go the other way around. You must push with your right front heel, help with your front arm, the right, and the back one, your left arm. It’s the same exercise, turning frontside. If you have any problems just send me a video doing it to my Instagram @balealkandooma and I’ll tell how you’re doing it.
