Sometimes you can hear in the officers voice that they realize the fleeing driver is putting so many people in danger. Some people feel that police chases should be stopped but there have been many one too many times where a kidnapped person was in the vehicle as well. I believe it's better to be assaulted in a public place rather than be taken to a secondary location where no one can help. If kidnapped, etter to be in a car flipping over from a police chase than die at the hands of a criminal. The officer did the best he could, this fleeing driver has no one to blame but himself for his own death. No, stopping police chases is not the problem. The problem is lax enforcement of laws by judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys and activists groups on all sides (left, SovCit, survivors of innocent bystanders killed in chases) who aren't letting full penalties be immediately taken.
