I've seen season 1 and 2 twice over now, and it never gets old. The cast and crew have put their heart and soul into the franchise, and their hard work has paid off. Fight scenes are beyond awesome and brec is very down to earth and instantly likeable. And luke Wilson is a force of nature. Every take is a golden take 😁👍
I don't know anything about this show but the fight scenes and choreography are really fun to watch. An acrobatic gymnast, staff wielding superhero wasn't something I ever thought I would like or see but its incredibly creative.
But DC Universe is going bye bye so next season will be all CW. Expect a significant dip in quality and increase in teen romance drama bull crap like every other CW show.
I feel like Geoff John’s sister would be proud of the character he based on her. Optimistic, feisty, sweet, funny and overall just a good person. What an amazing tribute to her memory. You can tell that a lot of love went into This show.

This show is outstanding! best of the hero franchise to date. It doesnt try too hard (Supergirl) it isnt dark and broody (Arrow) has great special effects (all of the others suck) and the action/fight scenes are legit great!

As far as "DC really ran out of ideas", it's also worth noting Marvel has a VERY long history of copying or being "inspired" by a plethora of DC characters....
I'm 61, so far this is my favorite super hero go Courtney /stargirl I couldn't be more prouder than if you were my grandchild , I love rewatching it 2 and 3 times and loved stargirl Summer School season 2 , can't wait for season 3
I am very surprised that I actually really like this show. I love the new JSA and Brec Bassinger does great playing as Courtney/Stargirl. The show is also very different from the other CW shows and I would honestly go as far as to say Stargirl is my fav CW show. Love season 2 so far as well I like the new Green Lantern and The new villains (Eclipso and The Shade) are played very well.
Someone Skrub considering how much it means to Geoff Johns, I hope they don’t turn the show into trash. Comics have always been great, let’s hope the show stays like that. Specially since they pulled the writers and producers along to the CW.

I binged watched the whole season 1, theres still no season 2 so im waiting lol. I love this show, the dialogue, acting and story is not cheesy, people and children really get killed, unlike the other superhero shows. The fight scenes are awesome, and so are the effects. The cinematography and sound is soooo awesome, it literally looks and sound like a movie, havent found any tv show that looks and sounds like a movie other than Game of Thrones and Stargirl. The twist on the last episode of season 1 got me so excited for season 2! Since Icicle(Jordan Mahkhent) is dead, i think Icicle Jr.(Cameron Mahkhent) is gonna take over for him on season 2, but hes a good guy and he likes Courtney(Stargirl), so i dunno if hes gonna turn evil or nah. Shiv(Cindy Burman) killed her father Dragon King, and Cindy is an evil bitch that wants to kill Stargirl so shell definitely gonna join the remaining Injustice of America. So sad Henry King(Brainwave Jr.) died, he was just harnessing his power but his apathic father killed him for not joining the ISA. Wildcat(Yolanda Montez) is now reforming herself, I wanan find out if her family is going to forgive her on season 2 for that photo scandal of hers. Stargirl is yet to recruit another member of JSA, that Pink Pen still has no new owner, so Im gonna watch out for that whos gonna use the Pink Pen in season 2 or whatevah.
Honestly Courtney’s such a great character and I never expected to like the show so much!!! I thought Stargirl would be meh if anything, but it turned out to be SUCH A GOOD SHOW!!! I’m so impressed by it! I always loved Stargirl in Justice League Unlimited, so it was awesome when they made this version such a great character too!!! Although I did not like the Legends of Tomorrow version. That one was not good. . .
Flash had plenty of production value. Then again CW sucks in general - it's basically Young Adult central. It still blows my mind that Arrow came out of that channel, even if it did fall off a cliff (literally) after 2-3 seasons.

They were filming this today right down the street from me in downtown Dallas, Georgia. About a 3 minute drive. Kinda cool seeing them but they block everything off lol that clock tower looks different on film compared to real life. Kinda cool.

Stargirl is one of my top main champs in the defunct DC MOBA INFINITE CRISIS. I miss that game. The next champs i regularly use are Nightmare Robin, Gaslight Batman, Swamp Thing and Aquaman.
Judging by her fight scenes, she has not had a lot of learner how to fight, so they must have used more of her cheerleader moves what is formal to her. Awesome! I must make time to watch the show.

Honestly Courtney’s such a great character and I never expected to like the show so much!!! I thought Stargirl would be meh if anything, but it turned out to be SUCH A GOOD SHOW!!! I’m so impressed by it! I always loved Stargirl in Justice League Unlimited, so it was awesome when they made this version such a great character too!!! Although I did not like the Legends of Tomorrow version. That one was not good. . .

The production and visual for this show didn't feel cheap like other CW's shows lmao.....i love it....
Flash had plenty of production value.
Then again CW sucks in general - it's basically Young Adult central.
It still blows my mind that Arrow came out of that channel, even if it did fall off a cliff (literally) after 2-3 seasons.
Stargirl was produced by DCTV, not CW....at least not at first. I think CW might have taken over the show

The fight scenes are absolutely amazing
They were filming this today right down the street from me in downtown Dallas, Georgia. About a 3 minute drive. Kinda cool seeing them but they block everything off lol that clock tower looks different on film compared to real life. Kinda cool.

Stargirl is one of my top main champs in the defunct DC MOBA INFINITE CRISIS.
I miss that game.
The next champs i regularly use are Nightmare Robin, Gaslight Batman, Swamp Thing and Aquaman.

Judging by her fight scenes, she has not had a lot of learner how to fight, so they must have used more of her cheerleader moves what is formal to her. Awesome! I must make time to watch the show.
She took karate lessons (while she was packing in the pilot, there were few photos and medals).

I really love the show since it hasn’t fallen into the same trap as supergirl or the flash, where it becomes a drama about teen romances involving superheroes, my only issue is with setting it In Nebraska. I was raised in Nebraska and there ain’t no town in Nebraska that looks like that 😳
Stargirl started as a DC Universe show, but next year it will be 100% a CW production. Expect the teen drama bull 💩 to hit with a vengeance.

She just has no idea it has abilities aside from the Cosmic Staff. But she did by accidental Latent star sight activated the Belt ability to scramble nervous systems. Ie: put Brainwave in the hospital.that belt contains the core power and functions of an entire Gravity Rod! With augmented functions that sylvester pemberton modified the Gravity Rod technology inside that belt.
And he did it in weeks..what took Ted years to perfect. sylvester pemberton is like Tony Stark!
Ted knight's very smart ; it's just sylvester pemberton is just on a whole other level.
So once she is able to tap the Belt Courtney would gain the following abilities.
