The one thing I DON'T love about this is something in the "cut out the fat, skim through the draft" part. See, in the original Japanese lyrics in that part, the last two syllables of "cutting corners" sound quite similar to "kuso", which is basically the Japanese word for shit/fuck. So it makes sense to have a soundbyte of a man dropping an F-bomb there. But puns, notoriously, don't translate well between languages. So that bit no longer makes sense. The one thing I DON'T love about this is something in the "cut out the fat, skim through the draft" part. See, in the original Japanese lyrics in that part, the last two syllables of "cutting corners" sound quite similar to "kuso", which is basically the Japanese word for shit/fuck. So it makes sense to have a soundbyte of a man dropping an F-bomb there. But puns, notoriously, don't translate well between languages. So that bit no longer makes sense. Still, absolutely amazing cover!
