- Friends, today let's make my childhood favourite recipe. which I'm sure many of your is also bread rolls simple, crispy , chatpata snacks.

Ingredients
Boiled Patato 5-6
Peas - 1 cup med
Carrot - 1
Salt - to taste
Green chilli-1 nd half tbsp
red chilli powder -half tbsp
Coriander -2tbsp
chat masla -1tbsp
Bread slice
Coriander leaves
Ginger, onion , Garlic itz optional if you want to add you can add it
How to make it :-
1) Boil potatoes in whatever you like. I steam in a cooker. It takes about 6 to 7 mins, it may vary depending on the kind of Potatoes.
2) Peel the potatoes and mash it. After that add vegetables and spices to it.
3) I add peas, carrot. you can add your favourite vegetables like (cabbage, paneer, capsicum, sweet corn what ever you like) I didn't add this bcz I made simple and spicy bread roll.
4) Add spices salt, Coriander leaves, green or red chilli, aanrdhana, onion , Garlic, Ginger these three ingredients are optional if you don't like to eat you can skip it and at last add bread crumbs itz also optional.
5) mix mash potatoes, spices, vegetables all together.
6) There are two way of making bread rolls. First one is rolling the bread and smearing some moisture to make it wet. Roll each of the slice with a rolling pin. This prevents the bread rolls from absorbing too much oil. The bread slice must become like a thin layer first.
7) Am using another method that is to dip the bread slice lightly in water and squeeze off the excess water. Place the stuffing and roll it to seal well.
8) Place the filling on the Bread. Smear the water on the edges to seal safely.
9) Roll the bread and press the edges gently to seal the potatoes stuffing. Use more water on the edges if needed. Finish making all the bread rolls. keep them covered.
Note :- Keep atheist 10-15 mints under the fan for absorb moisture
11) If you prefer to bake them, preheat the oven at 200 Degree C.
12) Brush the rolls with method butter. Bake for 10 to twelve mins or until golden.
13) For pan frying, toast them after brushing with butter.
then drop 2to 3 rolls depending on the pan size. Fry them on a medium high flame.
14) If shallow frying, add oil only a few tbsp or as needed. Allow the oil to turn hot enough. check if the oil is hot enough by dropping a small piece of bread. The bread has to rise without browning quickly. Flip them and fry on all the sides until golden.
15) Take bread roll out from the oil and served with Green , redd chutneys and a cup of tea.
