Under no load, 2430 8200KV will spin faster. However 2435 6100KV will have better torque and control. For drifting, I suggest 2435 6100KV or even slower KV.
It using stock transmission. I only change the driveshaft to the metal one. I buy it locally in Indonesia, so it won't shipping internationally. You can Google it: WPL D12 Metal Drive shaft.
I don't have M Chassis body at the moment, but I think it can't for the shortest M-Chassis (210mm), maybe possible for the longest M-Type chassis (240mm). The shortest wheelbase for M-Chassis is 210mm which is only 2cm difference with the D12 wheelbase (190mm). While the 3D files is have a design that maybe won't fit for only 2 cm difference. Alternatively you can use other way if you want to use M-Chassis body, for example as you can see in this channel (it's in Indonesian, but you might get the idea): www.youtube.com/@w3-hobby

The D12 ad D42 are 1:10 scale to actual kei trucks, they are very small vehicles therefore they are smaller than other 1:10 scale RC cars.
