My machine makes a clunking sound while using all of a sudden and it’s only been used a few weeks. It sounds like it inside the wheel well or tube. Is it just the cords banging around

I can not for the life of me find part #54, which is the adjustment pad that goes under the main frame in the middle. I also didn't see it applied within this video. I have one other question about another part but don't have it in front of me. Essentially the issue with that one is - I can't get the bolt off at all, it's stuck there 2 pieces 1 left 1 right, the right one Is impossible to take off to then slide in and retighten with washer

Video is helpful. One suggestion, it is easier to install the rear handlebar before attaching the backrest.
