NB, you have impressed me again. I tried this method over Labor Day weekend, and it was terrific. We have tried country spareribs in oven, smoker, instant pot and BBQ. I like this and instant pot the best. This method eliminates the finish with the broiler. You like the spice, girl! I'm team Steve! I am a spice wimp. Used Sweet Baby Rays Wimp BBQ sauce! Keep up the good work!😋😋
Thanks, Biggy! I buy these ribs almost every week because they're always on sale and you can do so much with them. And yes, I am a bit of a spice-monger. Baby Rays is awesome! Thanks so much for watching! 💖🐝
OMG! I did your Recipe pretty much but especially @375 for 30 minutes 😎 I actually? Spinkled some baking soda and sprayed some vinegar for bout 20 minutes then rinse which made the Country Style Ribs very tender for my teethless mouth gulp! I simple outdid myself 😎 Was/Am intending to fry the other 6 *which I had cut each rib into 3 chunks yea! However? I think Ill use this technique instead! Thx for your video!
I have been cooking country style ribs in the Instant Pot, and am very unhappy with the results. Mostly because the Pot reduces the ribs down to the individual fibers. Otherwise known as mush. Hard to find the right time to cook them with. My next attempt was going to do it in the air fryer and here you are!
I usually end up making carnitas with these in the IP since it shreds up so nicely. But this AF version keeps the meat together and eats almost like a steak! My most favorite thing to do with these is cut them into smaller pieces and dust them with flour, then air fry them into crispy pork bites! These look so yummy. I'm not really a ribs kind of girl though. I dont like tge bones. Are "country style" ribs boneless? I could try them if they are! 😊 Have a great week ya'll❤
These were 100% boneless and very useful for lots of dishes! But make sure to read the label because I've seen them bone-in, too - depends on the store. Same to you and your family, Heidi! 💖🐝
So many confuse boneless short ribs with country-style ribs. These “ribs” as their called aren't actually ribs at all. They're actually strips of the chuck primal or beef shoulder that are cut into boneless strips to look like ribs. Hope this helps! Stay healthy safe and blessed!❤🙏
Hi, Karen! Yeah, I always let meat (except ground) sit out for about an hour to take the chill off. If meat is super cold and hits a hot pan or oven, the muscle fibers seize up and you end up with tough meat. Not necessary for ground meat because the fibers are already minced up. Hope you do try. Thanks so much for watching! 💖🐝
Hi, Efrain! Definitely, you can cook them lower and longer if you like them more fall apart. I've also wrapped them in foil and cooked them for an hour at 325 so they kind of steam in the foil and then add sauce and cook (unwrapped) at 400 to get some char. Or you can add water to the basket for a similar effect, but you'll still have to flip as you go. But it's up to you how you like to eat them - I like them with a bit of chew still on them like these! Thanks so much for watching! 💖🐝

Must try, I never knew to get the meat at room temperature.

@@NosieBee It turned out really good.
Do I use the air fryer option or the bake option
Hi, Randy! I used the air fryer setting. Thanks for watching! 💖🐝
Thankv U
@NosieBee
They are BOGO again this week! $5.99lbs😋
They don’t look that tender to me. I think it need it more time to be more tender maybe in low temperature will make them more tender
