    반짝 반짝 빛나는 젤리 속에 보석 모양의 멜론 젤리가 들어 있는 멜론 무스케이크를 만들었어요~
    보석 모양 실리콘 몰드에 멜론과 우유를 갈아 얼린 뒤 복숭아 맛 젤리 속에 넣어 봤는데 신비로운 느낌도 나고 은은한 멜론 색감이 시원해보이네요~^^
    영상에서는 눈으로 보는 것 보다 반짝임이 덜해서 아쉽지만 실제로 보면 더 예쁘고 영롱한 느낌이랍니다~~
    촉촉하고 탱글하고 시원해서 여름에 먹기에 좋은 케이크인 것 같아요~
    처음 만들어보는 디자인의 케이크인데 자른 단면도 특이하고 먹을 때도 재미있었던 것 같아요~~^__^

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 12cm
    ▶재료
    _ 멜론 젤리 _
    멜론 70g
    우유 30g
    설탕 10g
    판젤라틴 3g
    그린 식용색소 조금
    _ 멜론 무스 _
    달걀노른자 10g
    설탕 15g
    바닐라익스트랙 1g
    뜨거운 우유 40g
    판젤라틴 3g
    50% 정도 휘핑한 생크림 40g
    간 멜론 30g
    10cm 스펀지 케이크 시트
    _ 젤리 _
    복숭아맛 음료수 200ml
    설탕 15g
    판젤라틴 6g
    더스팅 펄 파우더
    ▶레시피
    1. 멜론, 우유, 설탕을 믹서기에 부드럽게 갈고 전자레인지에 돌려 따뜻하게 데운 뒤 찬물에 10분 정도 불린 판젤라틴의 물기를 제거하고 넣고 섞는다.
    2. 그린 식용색소를 조금 넣고 섞은 뒤 보석 모양의 실리콘 몰드에 넣고 냉동실에서 2시간 정도 굳힌다.
    3. 냄비에 달걀노른자, 설탕, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞고 뜨거운 우유를 조금씩 부으며 섞은 뒤 약불에서 살짝 걸쭉해질 때까지 저으며 가열한다.
    4. 불린 판젤라틴을 넣고 섞은 뒤 50% 정도 휘핑한 생크림에 넣고 섞고 간 멜론을 넣고 섞는다.
    5. 12cm 몰드에 스펀지 케이크 시트를 넣고 무스를 부은 뒤 냉동실에서 20분 정도 굳힌다.
    6. 복숭아맛 음료수와 설탕을 섞고 전자레인지에 돌려 따뜻하게 데운 뒤 찬물에 10분 정도 불린 판젤라틴의 물기를 제거하고 넣고 섞고 더스팅펄 파우더를 넣고 섞는다.
    7. 멜론 젤리를 틀에서 빼내고 무스 위에 올리고 복숭아 젤리를 보석 젤리의 반정도 부은 뒤 냉동실에서 20분 정도 굳힌다.
    8. 남은 복숭아 젤리를 모두 붓고 냉장실에서 2시간 정도 굳힌다.
    ▶Ingredients
    _ Melon jelly _
    70g Melon
    30g Milk
    10g Sugar
    3g Gelatin sheet (or Powdered gelatin)
    Green food coloring
    _ Melon moose _
    10g Egg yolk
    15g Sugar
    1g Vanilla extract
    40g Hot milk
    3g Gelatin sheet (or Powdered gelatin)
    40g Whipped cream (whipped 50%)
    30g Ground melon
    10cm Sponge cake sheet
    _ Jelly _
    200ml Peach flavored drink
    15g Sugar
    6g Gelatin sheet (or 5g Powdered gelatin)
    Dusting Pearl Powder

    is it weird that I love this channel, not because of the asmr part but because of the clear instructions, it is clearly to see what is going on, the consistency of the batters etc, and also no annoying loud speaker trying to get your attention... Keep doing the great work with your creative cakea etc :3

      Liv straight up I HATE the asmr. Couldnt cringe harder when at the end of one of these I heard the food being chewed super loud and gross but I adore these recipes.

      I agree
      I love these not JUST because of the recipes and beautiful results, but also because they're nice and quiet and straightforward (no obnoxious commentary, stock music, tryhard quirkiness, cutaways from the receipe, etc...)
      BUT the sensation of someone chomping up food directly into my ear HONESTLY kinda makes me cringe...
      It's easy enough to avoid though so nbd

    젤리 안에 멜론 젤리가 또 들어가 있다니 너무 예쁘고 맛있어보여요. 맛있고 상큼한 레몬과 케이크의 조화라니, 정말 상큼하고 맛있는 케이크인것 같아요. 젤리가 들어가서 식감이 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다.

      Nah, mousse is basically whipped cream that's flavoured and set with gelatin. It doesn't feel like jelly, though the clear layer on top probably does.

      Yeah, most mousse recipes do have gelatin in it, but if you're making something like a pie, a filling, or just by itself, then you don't have to put the gelatin in it. It's there to keep it stable, I believe.
      Like, I made a three layer chocolate mousse cake, and I needed gelatin in it so it can stand like a cake.
      That's my insight of it, but this isn't my recipe. I hope my comment was informational though.

      Yeah that's what I was thinking too. The clear parts are definitely jelly but the mousse looks very dense. I make my own mousse for mousse parfaits and I usually whip the cream along with the gelatin and fruit flavoring until stiff peaks. You get air from that whipping, which makes it light and fluffy as long as you don't overwhip. However, this mousse was very liquid which would make it dense instead of light and airy.

    I made this today... all day... hours... this took HOURS. The cake is as large as the man's hand. This cake was 1/10 worth it. Not to mention its jelly... just... jelly. (Really proud of the spongecake I made from scratch tho)

    아래가 빵인줄 알았는데 젤리였구나 했는데 또 빵이 한겹 있었군요! 보석같이 쏙쏙 들어있는 젤리가 정말 예쁘네요 투명하면서 하얗게 마블링(?) 된 마지막 층도 멋진것같아요

    Really nice, pitty I'm allergic to gelatin but the result is a visual miracle. I really love Japanese Esthetics. At this moment we have an exhibition in our museum on the influance of Japanese Esthetics (wabi-sabi) on western art. Dutch people love it!

    I love your channel; i find it interesting that usually you dont use any chemical leavening agents (baking soda or baking powder). You usually just whip air into the eggs.

      Jack Fruth true. She always creates some food which is too preety to eat with simple ingradients. 😊😊 Though she uses a lot of gelatin

      everything is chemical.,.,...baking powder/soda are nothing more than ingredients used to create a specific chemical reaction to achieve the texture of a dessert, which is arguably the same thing any other ingredient does (egg, butter, milk). also, you don't use baking soda/powder for eggs they rise enough on their own but for cakes where you would need a stronger reaction to create more air pockets, you could use these "chemical leavening agents" instead of whisking it for millenia

    청량감있어서 여름에 딱인, 예쁘고 신박한 최고의 영상이었어요 ㅎㅎ 위에 따로 장식없이 끝내신 것도 심플해서 좋았고. 요즘 다양한 스타일로 시도하시는거 같아서 매번 눈이 즐겁습니다 ㅎㅎ 근데 오늘은 영상 편집하실때 푸른색 톤이 과하게 들어간거 같아요. 청량하고 쿨한 느낌 주시려고 의도하신게 아닐까 싶은데 처음부터 메론이 파란빛이 살짝 도니까 뭐랄까 좀 어색하고 그래서 되려 덜 땡기네요. 물론 분위기와 먹음직스러움을 위해서 적절한 색상보정은 필수지만 조금은 자연스러워도 좋겠다는 생각입니다! 개인적인 의견이니 참고만 해주셔요 :) 영상 고맙습니다 ㅎㅎ

      Gelatin is necessary for mousse cakes to hold their shape and is pretty tasteless. The flavor comes from the other ingredients. Since this is melon, I'm guessing this is a fairly mild flavor but it all depends on what you like.
