It’s an excellent Tent, if you Follow the Instructions and properly Stake Down and Connect all the Supports and Clips, you will have NO Problems… I Camped with this Tent with 50MPH Winds, Never Collapsed..
Thank you very much for this video sir! I always look for videos of tents before I buy, and you just proved why looking for REAL reviews is important. I really wanted to like this tent. But I'm glad you did this review in so much detail. Thank you so much.
@@steveadventuresinokc Thanks for the reply and recommendation! As soon as I'm out of work, I'm pulling it up! Be safe sir and all the best to you and yours.
I just bought this on the yard sale. It has all the pieces that set it up and actually went ahead and bought me to extending pool just for the middle just in case
hello there, Saw your post on Facebook page Camping and Outdoor Adventures, wow and 11 person tent, looks pretty nice so far, I do agree with the patio door part. thats too bad it did not work out great review thanks for the info. take care my friend
What would you recommend I live in Staten island and thru the summer and winters I have parties with 20 maybe 30 people all my canopies fall apart and never hold up I'm looking for something that can take high wind and rain that will hold in the elements
My favorite is octagon 98 Coleman ,look on my channel, I have a video of it. Full rain fly, one time we had a tornado about 5 miles away , this tent hold with no problems.! I highly recommend it
I have recently experienced the same issue with this tent. Sadly after the joints collapsed twice, upon trying to erecting it back to its upright position the first bar by the entrance collapsed again only this time the lower bar folded the wrong direction leaving it very difficult for one person to remedy. The tent sets up quick and simple. However if slight wind collapses the supports - it has issues.
I'm interested in this tent, I'm thinking if there would be a modification that can be done it. I like the size. Thanks for the video , helpful when shopping for something reliable 👍👍
Im new to camping and was looking at this for maybe 1-3 times a year in florida... should i steer clear of this one? I was intrigued by the size and ease but don't want to waste money... Also read about adding a center bar to reinforce it in case of winds.. thoughts
I'm having a hard time figuring out how to put the patio door together specifically the poles can you make an instruction with video please and thank you.
I don’t have that tent anymore sorry wish I can help you there but if I remember correctly u have to put them on angle 📐 away from the tent and is a little ring to put the bottom part of the pole closer to the door tent ,almost like under
i think you just got a bad version of the tent my guy. I've used this tent for 3 years straight in a very high wind valley and I've never had issues with the supports.
Thanks for the review man. I’m actually looking to buy one locally right now.. Did you have the ropes / stakes connected to the ground when it collapsed? Or was it just standing on it’s own?

I have it and I love it but I have not had it in bad wind. But yes, the top part is tricky, everything else is nice.
