Your experience and perspective is so advanced. I am only a baby at 64 in my awareness and it ability to free me from my suffering, and I am relieved of physical and emotional pain with what I would describe as resilience, but I think some of the suffering is lessened greatly because I allow it to just exist as it is and notice it's diminished effect on my ability to feel at peace. Extreme physical pain resolves more efficiently. Thanks for sharing your practice. I will review my day in that way tonight. Thanks again.

Lovely message. I also think that when we hold on to this idea of a person with a past and a future we think we have problems, and we subtlety think these problems are permanent and without a solution. But to recognize the transience of this from, the body, the earth, the Milky Way, things don’t seem as solid anymore.
However I struggle when I remember the suffering of beings, like human trafficking, that seems so solid and real. But I’m hopeful there is a solution evolving and that suffering will end soon.

Thank you for this invaluable truth. It has almost instantly changed my feelings and perspective on many of my life experiences both past, current and future. It has however left me with a thought of my future. In the morning of each day or last thing at night, I visualise 3 screens for the past, present and future. I always think positive thoughts for my future and for the people I love. Does this understanding you have shared with us make this no longer viable or worthwhile as we can only exist in the present?

I see no end to suffering human body in life.I constantly wonder where I suffer. Well , I don't actually suffer in the body (in the body there can be pain or discomfort.The suffering that occurs for varios emotional reasons is somewhere inside ( Neither in the mind nor in the brain) I belive that Got too in me he suffers or rejoises.But this can be analyzed all the time.

Well, I think this is really strange=> because I just spent an hour typing most of this out in my last comment... 5 sense organs (+ mind)= consciousness. Sleep= unconsciousness
Unconsciousness is where everything conscious is stored... & is both privet and collective
Unconscious outside of time would be forever
All Time after (now), is a memory... the second you plan a future, it becomes a past
