    Best Spanish-teaching channel. I really like how you state sentences, slowly pronouncing two or three words at a time. That gives me a chance to figure out what I just heard, and then time to recall their meaning so that I can comprehend the sentence AS you say it (I usually do not read the text, I want to understand the spoken Spanish). This is what we are all trying to achieve, and you are the only teacher using this method that I know of.

    Great as always! But why este instead of esta in "ayudarte con este problema?" Thanks Liliana!!

      Some nouns are irregular in gender. Problema is actually masculine. Similarly, radio is feminine, so it would be “¿Ayudarte con esta radio?”

    How can you tell the difference between we're going to the park and lets go to the park? Wouldn't they both be vamos al parque?

    • @airplot3767
      @airplot3767 3 месяца назад +1

      I don't speak Spanish, but I think the difference is that the former is an affirmative sentence, and the latter is a question. So it would be "Vamos al parque" vs "¿Vamos al parque?"

      @@airplot3767 I guess it's just one of those things where you have to turn off your english brain. "We go to the park" or "Lets go to the park"

      Hola,
      The progressive tense in English a lot of the time just becomes the present simple tense in Spanish.
      We’re going to the park translates to ‘Estamos yendo al parque’ but it’s rarely used like that. Going to tends to become ‘ir’ in Spanish that’s why the sentence is ‘Vamos al parque’.
      Let’s go is an imperative and can mean vamos or vámonos in Spanish.
      It takes time to get used to this but with practice it gets easier.
      Thanks for watching! 🤗

    Why is the 'a' added in a sentence like
    "Puedo ayudarte a limpiar la casa"
    Y no
    "Puedo ayudarte con tu tarea"
