I absolutely love how Lexus took the Toyota "Army Green" from the 4Runner and just "Lexusfied" it with crazy beautiful flake and called it "Nori Green" I cannot get over how stunning it is. Would look beautiful in my Pennsylvania driveway in the fall against these orange leaves!
When put this in reverse why back up camera screen reduced smaller for 2022 and 2023 GX460. Although the screen is updated but still too small with little touch icons.

Love the color, love the fact it kept the Land Cruiser heritage, but why in the hekk would I need Amazon/Alexa on my car? The GX is so off road capable that most people don’t even know about it. Since we can’t get LC in the states the GX are the next closest thing. Hope they come out with the off-road ready GX model soon
Same platform as our 4runners yet they neglect to give us the power train from it...essentially making us "step up" and purchase A Lexus if you want said power train. 🤨
The GX is a rebadged Land Cruiser Prado with different bumpers. The GX has the same frame as the 4R but that's about it and really can't be compared to the 4R. Per wikipedia "In North America, the Prado is not part of the Land Cruiser range; the rebadged Lexus GX occupies the Prado's position in luxury trim. The GX uses practically identical body panels and V8 engine." I currently own the same BL GX being reviewed and a 5th gen 4R. The 4R is not in the same league as the GX. Note, The interior of the BL GX is not leather it is nulux, feels good but it is not leather.
It’s there because it can play dvd on the front screen and if equipped the screens in the back seats. How can your family in the back watch movies without a dvd/cd player?

2012 technology in 2022.... the Toyota way... drove the new S-class for a week, Toyota is DECADES behind in technology... why can't they just figure it out? Still hoping they can bring it together for the 6th gen, otherwise I'm out from Toyota for good
Yeah I didn’t mind as much when everyone was using the standard radio size you could replace aftermarket but nowadays you are stuck with most of these infotainment systems for the life of the vehicle

It’s the land cruiser prado, not 4Runner.
For us here in (North) America, the GX is the upgraded version of the 4Runner (due to what is available to us). The Prado is sold overseas.

A child could crawl under both cars and see they’re not the same. Gx460 is built on a LC150 prado rolling chassis, not a 4Runner.
