Kon - don't discount how popular a show would be about adapting lenses. In addition to my native Z mount lenses (Nikon and Voigtlander), I have and love adapting around 30 vintage lenses from the 1950s through the early 2000s on my Z7 - Nikon F, Leica M, Voigtlander M and thread mount, Leica R, Leica and Canon thread mount, various brand M42 lenses (Takumars, Helios, and Carl Zeiss Jena), etc.
Do you think Nikon should bring out a small medium format sensor Z camera For the professional studio photographer and professional landscape photographer that are not concerned about speed.
When it comes to character in lenses, I guess I'm on the side of "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". When I was shooting a D850, I certainly loved the "character" from my Sigma 85mm f1.4 DG HMS Art lens, and my Zeiss Milvus 100mm f2 Macro lens, and other f-mount lenses, but I traded those somewhere in the process of buying my Z9 and Z8. I have the Nikon Z 105mm f2.8 Macro lens, but I'm not really not a portrait shooter and I'm happy with the occasional portraits I get from my stable of Nikon Z lenses. I view myself as a sharpness-resolution-junkie and I'm happy with the "character" I can achieve with the Z 105mm f2.8 and the other 5 Nikon Z zoom lenses I own. My use-case is such that I'm more interested in the flexibilty of a zoom than the bokeh of a prime lens. I might be interested in a Nikon Z 85mm f1.4, or a Sigma 85mm f1.4 DN (mirrorless) Art lens if they ever decide to build one for the Nikon Z mount.
When will we get decent zooms for APS-C cameras? Something like Tamron's 11-20/2.8 and 17-70/2.8? In APS-C area Nikon sucks. I own Zfc and love it. It survived both dry season in Kenya and horrible rainy time in Norway, but to be honest if my movement from DSLR to mirrorless would happen again, I would rather go for Fuji, not Nikon. My current joy of photography with Nikon is only thanks to Viltrox's primes.

I adapt lots of old Nikkor MF lenses, plus Minolta MD lenses. Love it!

I want Nikon to bring out all new pro Z90 with a stacked sensor to replace the Nikon D500.

Would anybody like to see Z8-H with a 61 megapixel sensor or possibly better.
