Congratulations Father of the Bride!!! I order my acrylic locally in 4x8 sheets! Find a local plastics supplier in your area and reach out! Wayyyyy cheaper than anything you’ll get on Amazon and Etsy. My supplier will even cut it down if I want it for my laser!
I was watching another person and was thinking about making one using my cnc router. Then your video popped up and you used a machine to do yours. It looks amazing!

I have made them with my CO2 laser. I suppose you could hand route them, but I am not sure how easy that would be.

It's a specialty bit that makes a groove for the LEDs and silicone! There's a link to my amazon store where you can find them!
good afternoon, how do you cut the font into the thickness of the lights?
No glues was used so basically u cut the acrylic just enough so the silicone is squeezed into it?
That is right! The bit is special and it routes out a groove that holds the acrylic in place

What’s the back material? Thick cardboard? Or some kind of wood ?
1/4” clear acrylic
That’s just the paper that protects the acrylic. Once you finish your design you rip it off.
