nameless king is actually gwen's first born son that was deleted from history because he questioned his father's war against the ancient dragons 😊great boss ..well done🎉
THAT WAS SO EPIC!!! ⚡️ You never disappoint!! Nameless King is another one of my faves! So many good bosses in DS3, they all seem to be my faves haha! And I love how you see and get the references from the past games 💖 Thank you the amazing movie and the funny deaths
Thank you sis!! ❤️❤️ Yea it's funny how in DS3 it's just new fave areas and bosses all the time haha. This game never dissappoints. ✨ Let's not talk about Irithyll Dungeons tho... Let's forget that place exists. Appreciate your support. 🥰
What a great boss fight GG, you have killed the firstborn son of Gwyn the first Lord of cinder! He kind of looks like him with that crown. Remember the missing statue behind Ornstein and Smough ..Nameless because he chose to help the dragon when his family fight against them so his father remove his name from the annals, and you find even the armor of Ornstein his faithful knight and guess... he is a dragon slayer too and he came here in search of the firstborn of Gwyn and bring him back to the now empty throne of Anor Londo. But it was to late for saving him as you saw he was hollow and skeletal. There is not much time left and even creatures as powerful as the child of the Lordran gods are reaching their end. Solaire is not Gwyn's firstborn, but just a tan fanatic with a big heart and for this reason he deserves all the love of this little world! \[T]/
Congrats on beating the Nameless King! ⚡️ Someone else already mentioned he’s the first child of Gwyn, which makes him all the more interesting. Definitely one of the iconic bosses in the series. GGs for Havel as well. Really looking forward to next episode!!
Once you've defeated Havel, his armor will spawn at the bridge of Farron Keep where the demon was staying. Even though you probably won't be able to use the armor because it's too heavy, I still wanted to give you the opportunity to own it.
This area is so damn good and also hard! It's so ancient and ruined, the atmosphere is like no other in DS3. And the Nameless King is one of the best bosses in all From Software games (I still enjoy the Abyss Watchers more, but I can understand this to be the favorite of all for many. Before Dark Souls 3, there was this theory about Solaire being the firstborn of Gwyn, but now we see he was not. After all, he was human and he needed to be loved. By the way, in DS1 you can also find the Dragon Torso Stone, but you need to join the Ancient Dragon covenant and give him tons of dragon scales. There's still one quest to complete in the base game: Talk to Andre, he will tell you about it, he has a message for you.
Sometimes I just love the beauty of Dark Souls 3 and it's bosses...There's bosses that are intimidating like the Ancient Wyvern that end up leading to a cool kill. Then there's bosses like Nameless King who will wreck you so many times until you learn their movements. It's both challenging and pure amazement. Can't wait for the both the DLC and the next episode!
Funny that you mentioned pokemons because there is actually a pokemon mod for DS3 that lets you capture and train monsters to fight for you, lol. Also, think about that line on Dragonslayer Swordspear that mentions it's wielder being the heir to the lightning. 🌩
Nameless King is definitely the best boss fight in the base game. Not even the Princes are that iconic. And Havel? What's to say other than as always he's hard as a rock. Now you can go to Oceiros bonfire and into the room where you got the Path of the Dragon emote. You should have something there. Also, and I'm sorry but I couldn't stop laughing when you tried the plunge attack on the wivern. I honestly was expecting you to run or roll forward to get the distance. Very exciting episode.
1:34:17 even when so annoyed and frustrated, you still keep going full battle mode and be your self with a giggle on “right in the butt” ⚡️🌩️ and that ending!! Special little end of episode bits for watching straight through are the best Such a brilliant episode with the cute and annoying Pokémon, big dragon birds and Havel! So many callbacks to DS1 that you remember well like Ricard and Kalameet. Incredible fights and episode. Thank you for ALL you do because this 2 hour episode must have been easily 4 hours of gaming and therefore idk, 8-10 hours to edit?! 🙏🏼 🙏🏼
Thank you!! 🙏🏻 Havel was the real boss of this episode. 😂 What a great area for real. I love those DS1 callbacks so much and there's so many of those in this game. So happy I've played the previous games. Appreciate your feedback. 😍
epic and awesome fight once again, well done lady👏💞 1:51:00 hmmm u usually take ur time to admire the views, but you didn't ! u can see a huge creature in the distance..✌ *yo! look like u need a wings😹😹
I just realized each Lord of Cinder had a specific Unkindled to get him to his throne: Siegward → Yhorm, Anri → Aldrich, Hawkwood → Undead Legion, You → Prince Lothric. Each Lord probably had their own Age and these Unkindled had some sort of relationship with them, which makes me think about what relationship does the protagonist have with Prince Lothric 🤔
Take the Drakeblood Greatsword and infuse it with a Chaos gem at Firelink. Then fully upgrade it, then put on Lloyd's Sword ring and look at the damage it does!
YES, great work there on Archdragon Peak!! The Son of Gwynn has been a roadblock (wall) for many players, many just quit here. Heck, some don't even find the place. The Nameless King tests your will. I found a faster weapon worked better for me and dancing up close, with him works best. There is a story that Ornstein left Anor Londo to reunite with his old buddy and found him in Archdragon Peak. It is said that Ornstein was able to ascend (through prayer in the Mausoleum), to actually being one of the first human, to transform into a Stormdrake. Leaving behind his armor and weapon that you find here. Ornstein became "The King of Storm". Notice the same death cutscene when Ornstein goes down, Gwynn's son gives Ornstein a proper death, just like Ornstein and Smough from DS 1. Your instincts are sharp, and you did WELL, with the plenty of emotion 1:43:45 to 1:45:20 and I felt it as well with 6 flasks in your pocket! Thank You again for sharing your experiences!
You can actually beat the dragon at the start of Archdragon Peak btw. I was doing more than 27 damage though It skips all the gauntlet section, but kinda not worth it as the gauntlet run is more memorable
Congratulations. The Nameless King is regarded as the most difficult boss in DS3. I know it took me a lot more tries to defeat him on my first play-through.
