Funny thing is, the 40k universe have their own SCP Foundation in the form of a subfaction of Custodes called the Shadowkeepers. These Custodes guard cells containing anomalous entities and artifacts underneath the Imperial Palace, some of which could potentially end the Imperium. Perhaps the Emperor could send visions to an Emisarry of the Custodes to work with the Foundation of old Terra to contain anomalies but who knows.
And don’t forget the multitudes of Astartes Chapters who have a Libriarius, and how often those have archives and things they lock away (like the Blood Angels)
Now that I think about, there are at least 6 separate SCP like groups in the Imperial inquisition alone that I can think of. And not to mention the Adeptus Mechanicus and various Astartes chapters like the Dark Angels and Blood Ravens. And this is just the Imperium alone. Like someone here mentioned Trayzn is literally a one Necron SCP foundation, and I do believe that the Haliquins are the Eldar version with the black library and all that
its also funny because there is multiple SCP who refere 40K for exemple there is one who say that in a alternatif univers where the fondation became basiqualy the impérium. Also like other media the SCP universe has sometime référe in there storys other pop cultures things. But yeah there is a fondation for the imperium

"Here, we have the prize of my collection, a shard of the Deceiver, quite an adventure that was." And in return he wants to see the foundations collection.

Just imagining the Tyranids getting a hold of either the Flesh That Hates, the Clockwork Virus, or the Hard To Destroy Reptile is absolutely terrifying
the worst would likely be 82 since that thing would likely just take over the hive mind and now we have an eternally adaptable, absolutely unkillable entity that fucking hates everything
I’d imagine the opposite to be horrifying as well; like 682 gaining control of the entire hive fleet once he’s consumed because he just adapted that way, or the Flesh getting near unlimited biomass.
Trazyn: “So, what do you do each day?” Random Scp researcher: “We secure, contain and protect various anomalies that could be potentially dangerous for hum-“ Trazyn: “So you collect random stuff and place said stuff inside cages, like a museum of some kind?” Random Scp researcher: “… not exactly that, but yes?” Trazyn: “I KNEW I WASNT THE ONLY ONE!” (Crushes the poor researcher with an hug) Trazyn: “MOOD KINDRED!”
On the point of a potential SCP foundation surviving into the 41st millennium; I could see that being a potential part of the history of the Sigillites. Malcador wouldn't seem out of place on the O5 council.
@@imperialtrooper927 In a "the Emperor chose to be contained so he could be surrounded by some of the smartest people and most advanced technology" sort of way. And the Emperor of Man would still be in hiding at this time, subtly influencing humanity from the shadows. I could see him starting as a cooperative anomaly, then getting an assistant researcher position, and working his way through the ranks until he earns his seat on the O5 council. Now that I think about it, how do we know he's not the Founder or Administrator?
One point for the SCP Foundation: Many articles mention works of fiction from our reality, such as movies, books, video games etc. These are technically universes that would exist on the same pataphysical lair as the Foundation, but also exist as fiction in theirs. So it is not unrealistic to assume that 40K also exists as a game there. That of course doesn't mean the Foundation could manipulate the 40K universe or something, but it does give them access to all the canonical stats, abilities and weaknesses of every unit and entity they might encounter, which seems like very valuable intel to have in a war.
Now, I desperately want a 40k author to write a scp article that changes something in the 40k lore. Then, write a book that makes it cannon. That would also be such a cool way of building hype for the book.
But also SCP is set in our universe, and so is 40k, except its far into the future. Maybe the emperor had a hand in creating the SCP foundation or maybe some of the O5 created the cabal or other secretive organizations. There are already all sorts of anomalies in 40k, maybe the dark vaults on terra is the last site that has persisted
@@breakfast6159would they see the hivemind as a threat and leave it? It essentially orders them to go in and die so it can gather biomass. You might just make tens of thousands of unkillable beings stuck on whatever planet they were made.
my thing is the imperium would probably realize how pure of humans we are in our lineage. there's a huge chance we'd all become fascinations to the imperium because of how untainted our blood would be from any kind of warp or chaos
Nope, this completely misunderstands how horribly, _horribly_ warped and tainted humanity has become in at _least_ the past 10k years if not since the Emperor took involvement. It's clearly described too. There are instances of ships and humans dropping out of warp from the 20th, 25th, even 30th milenium after something went wrong with travel in their time. Every time the Imperium acts with extreme prejudice to eliminate the 'heretical' or 'mutant'.
@@ragibmahfuz5241 No they wouldn't. First off _that literally happens in 40k_ they sometimes discover primitive species posing zero threat just existing. Y'know what IOM do? _Exterminatus._ Secondly, what did I just say? They're _completely_ different to modern humans. They wouldn't see 'people' in a low tech environment. They would see 'aliens' in a low tech environment. _We aren't anything like 40k humans._ Ask the Tau how well that goes.
I could absolutely see the Foundation allying with the Tau, seeing as their values align in many ways and they would be fairly easy to convince to stay on their own side of the dimensional portal (“maintaining the veil of secrecy is for the greater good”). I could also see them trying to court favor with the harlequins to gain access to the black library.
Thought: if there are versions of the SCP Foundation that have faster than light travel, imagine the bargaining chip they'd have with any faction in the 40k universe. "Hey! I have an engine that lets you travel FTL without using the Warp. How much is that worth to you? By the way, we told all these other factions too and we'll accept the highest bid."
Honestly I think a conversation between the gods of chaos and 682 would be much more entertaining than a fight between him and the tyranids. Imagine a 682 empowered by nurgle or khorne- now that’s a beast worth reckoning
682 would probably look at them with disgust if he did interact. All the "gods" in 40k are basically just collective manifestations of sentient beings & 682 hates life.
Let's be honest, if the Orks found the SCP universe first, some things are certainly going to explode, causing complete chaos with the newly-uncontained anomalies roaming about. The Orks, of course, would just find that hilarious
I just realized the runtime of this video clocks in at 25:21, as a nod to SCP-2521, a Keter-class anomaly who will physically manifest itself if any information about its existence is written down or spoken out loud by a D-Class or a Foundation staff member. Well played, The Exploring Series. Well played, indeed.
The idea of the 0-5 council being the sigilites and using an anomaly to combine anomalies to create the god-emperor because another anomaly forewarned of the collapse of society is awesome! It fits perfectly into "there is no God, only godly power" vibe of the scp foundation where there exist powerfuo anomalies that could end time and space, but they aren't all-ruling forces of the universe, just disparate and powerful factions within it often with no tangible, discernable or understandable objective.
I feel like something more to add to that would be the Emperor himself being the ancient Administrator. He is certainly old enough to be, and the SCP Foundation sounds like his ideal faction. A secular, ordered, and purely scientific organization dedicated to the protection of mankind from supernatural forces from the shadows? It’s exactly what he did before emerging as the Emperor in the Age of Strife.
This might be an April fools video but honestly it could totally be a separate series on its own just discussing how the scp verse would interact with other verses and how they would view said verse.

The answer is really simple if you really know the Foundation. Warhammer resumes to ONE GALAXY. The Warp is Infinite, but It is still just a dimension stuck into a singular universe, at best a hub between a multiverse. The Foundation has anomalies that can erase entire multiverses, and deals with beings who are above even that. The galaxy of Warhammer has more people, but the Foundation can open a door to a room that keeps cloning people infinitelly, or get guns that erase the metaphysical concepts of things. Want to invade Earth? Well, the Sun can be a guardian entity or an ancient destroyer of galaxies, so be prepared for that. Also, the core of the planet may or not be an eldritch abomination that will surely want to figure out who is attempting exterminatus on their planet. Out of ammo? Too bad, you have anomalous industries in pocket dimensions producing infinite ammo from corn or some other agricultural product, that is probably anomalous as well. And If that wasn't bad enough, you can release SCP-682 and say "Hey, those guys are happy!" and he will annihilate them. There's literally nothing any Warhammer faction can do to 682 that the Foundation hasn't attempted. And even If they manage to do the impossible and put It down, they would probably atract the atention of the Scarlet King, and he is DIMENSIONS above any of the participants of this crossover. And finally, after the Ultramarines start forcibly dragging Black Templars and Sororitas back to the portal by any means necessary since they don't know when to give up, there are so many SCPs that can be used to clean up the mess that I cannot even count.
@@bigbangrafa8435 the emperor can literally fart and delete greater daemons entire existence nowadays. If you use multi verse killers yeah the 40k verse is over but that's kinda like using shield in a game of tag
I disagree. This video shows a lack of imagination and a limitation to understanding. The very first thing he says, is an out right lie. "No matter what, the Foundation would lose to any faction in 40k." And yet, most SCPs are literally "UNKILLABLE". Push 096, aka Shy Guy, through the portal and he will literally solo the entire Imperium of Man by himself. Let alone 343, aka "God", who would just will the entire faction out of existence, and grant all their technology and the knowledge of how to use it to the Foundation. Heck, the Imperium would lose their shit against 682, who would adapt to all their attacks, and the second someone uses psionics on it, 682 would wipe out the entire warp and kill everything in it including the chaos gods. "They would stand no chance". That only makes sense when you think things illogically and don't understand the powers SCPs and the Foundations wield. Remember, the Foundation have gone up again and BEATEN literal reality bending multidimensional cosmic beings of powers so vast the 40k universe would never stand a chance against. And if Desperate against a great foe, as seen in the SCP-5000 universe, they will happily unleash the SCPs on all the enemies. And worse comes to worse, will unleash the Scarlet King and other greater gods like the Cosmic Deer to wreck 40k's ass, no matter their number or tech level. In a very real worse case situation, where there is no saving themselves. The Foundation will take the portal using an SCP and transport it to the SCP 2935 dimension. At which point the 40k universe is instantly doomed and will just not exist anymore. The SCP world is VASTELY overpowered. Many of the things are just unkillable, untrappable, and undestroyable. And unlike the SCP foundation, there is no entity in the 40k universe that would be able to fight against and contain them. They are simply too stupid and prideful to do that. If it isn't their own race, they attack and destroy, until they themselves are wiped out.
Project Palisade might work--if the realities are connected via portals, odds are they're close by, and if the Foundation in question was affected by the Worm, they could easily stake the Warhammer universe.
On the subject of pataphysics, Warhammer 40K exists as a fictional concept in the SCP universe. Surely that would put them on a level above 40K in the stack, giving them significant advantage. Break Guilliman’s mind by showing him a mini of himself and his own stat block
Well Robot Girlyman is seen as a demigod, so a mini figure of him could be seen as just someone admiration or worship(as that is common in 40k) of him rather than he thinking he is a plastic table top toy, as much weird stuff happens in 40k, but if he did, it would be a pretty funny or depression reaction. Or maybe he would just ignore it and go back to trying to taxes, who knows?
Or the SCP Foundation would have existed as a fictional universe in Old Earth in 40k, which would create a paradox on which is higher in the pataphysics stack, which I believe, is objectively they are equal.
Ok so… Warhammer 40k (kinda) exists as a game in Warhammer 40k. As in, there are a few older books I think that make mention of Titan miniatures for a board game
Their is a few places and organizations that are basically scp facilities in 40k the Xenos Bestiarium (including their version of 682 subject 696) the vault Trazyn's museum
Eh none of them really act in the way it does though just containing super weapons, daemons, or aliens doesnt mean they have the esoteric background knowledge to contain the deer. Plus theyd probably kill themselves with how theyd handle the brides of the scarlet king. Scp is about securing and protecting. 40k act more like a even more kill happy goc kill and destroy everything they can contain what they cant, and as with the brides of the scarlet king doing that as a first resort is liable to get your reality seized.
the thing about both the SCP foundation and the impierium is that their scale, power, doctrines and everything else is only as canon as the last writer believes it does. some SCP articles don't even take Certain GOIs to exist at all, others create completely new groups that are super huge threats, same with the 40k writers.
No 40k has very thorough continuity. If 10 writers make a story about Angron and 9 have his strength topping out at 1000 tons then Angron is 1000 ton strength. The 1 writer who has him lifting a mountain is discarded as an outlier for strength. One author doesn't wholly determine Canon.
@@joshuawall2590 while 1 author doesn't determine canon there are plenty of moments in 40k where previous lore is selectively (or not so selectively) ignored for the sake of the current story. not always a bad thing 40k lore is hardly 100% consistent.
Honestly it’s kind of a sad fight either way since most scps are end of the world scenarios at best and a regular squad of space marines are an end of the world scenario if they were dropped into our world. The scp foundation has one real way to save their earth close whatever gate is connecting the two universes. The way I see it there just isn’t anything they have that can really handle the sheer number of guardsmen, the ungodly might of pykers, or the God Emperor of Mankind who is also a reality bender who is constantly holding back the pure power of chaos and acts as the hyper space travel of the setting. In the scp world we don’t even know the limits of most reality benders because if they could destroy the world it ends the setting so their all kind of capped there at best. This one is really interesting because most 40k factions and the SCP Foundation share an interesting weakness: While they theoretically have a massive amount of destructive power, both are held back by not being able to use that power to its full potential (if at all) lest there be dire consequences, depending on the exact specifics you define for the encounter.

There's actually an SCP article that puts the Foundation against an organisation similar to the Imperium of Man, and that's SCP-7503. It's a pretty interesting article, and it has a prequel, which is SCP-6503.
For me, it sucks, if I don't forget, the author noted that this is a kind of parody. The problems of the article are that the Xia Dynasty, although it collapsed long ago in ancient times. A groundless war against aliens (in the original, at least, it was argued according to the events of the era of discord). The covenant of the Second Hyton, which represents as a union from that, and not a religious association, and then what does the SECOND Hytot mean, what was the First Hytot here?
@@RimTerm I don't understand what you are saying here. It is pretty clearly a satire of the Imperium, but there's nothing wrong with that. Also, the Xia dynasty doesn't appear anywhere, and the Covenant of the Second Hytoth is pretty clearly a parallel to the Church of the Second Hytoth, which is already established canon and has been shown to also have a political presence in galactic matters apart from a religious one. I just don't get what you are saying.
Ofc there is Scp wiki is just a fanfiction collection of people without a single creative bone in their body Everytime there is a new *popular thing* they just gotta write about it
I don't think the Foundation is as outgunned as they first appear. One big advantage they have is the Scranton Reality Anchor. 40k has a similar technology in blackstone, which nullifies all warp energy. SREs should have a similar effect, but unlike blackstone, the Foundation produces SREs and can deploy them in the field. Psychers are pretty much put out of play. Orcs lose much of their tech. Their idiots, and much of it works because they generate a psychic field that has low level reality warping effects that make it work. The biggest problem becomes containing them as they leave spores everywhere. Similarly, the Tyranids become more manageable if the SREs can jam the hive mind. The Dark Eldar I don't think are much of a problem. I doubt they'd unite to conquer SCP Earth, and any incursions would be likely be small. The Eldar in general are more physically capable than baseline humans and have more advanced weaponry, but with psychers off the table, a small group wouldn't be too hard to handle. Give Samsara some SREs and let them clean up the mess. The Imperium is where I think things actually become very interesting. Assuming the Imperium doesn't go full exterminatus, the Foundation may be able to stall them. The Foundation has been shown to be very adept at stalling for time through negotiations, such as with SCP 3003. They also have tech and anomolies that the Imperium would be very interested in. I think the Foundation's biggest trump card against the Imperium though would be an potential ally, the Emperor of Mankind. The Emperor was firmly against the hellscape the Imperium has become, and he has a lot more common ground with the Foundation than the High Lords of Terra. If they can give him SCP 500, a corporeal and very unhappy Emperor comes back into play. In the worst case scenario for the Foundation, the Emperor still decides to take over, but as his philosophies are much more in line with the Foundation's, the outcome is far better, and given the Foundation's research and development capabilites, Foundation Earth very likely ends up with a high degree of autonomy like the Mechanicum. More likely though, the Imperium devolves into civil war as the High Lords of Terra will want to keep their power and a crap ton of zealots find out that their god is an atheist who despises everything they stand for. Also, head canon plot twist: SCP 343 turns out to be the Emperor's past self.
@@godking4621 Oh, the Foundation is boned there. I could be wrong, but I don't believe the Necrons can be simply hacked as they are living metal, not standard robots. The only chance they have is if they can figure out the Necrons origin before a conflict starts, say by discovering a dormant tomb without waking the Necrons. There biggest bargaining chip would be if they could find a way to restore the Necrons to organic form. Making them new bodies would be the simple part as they already have massive cloning capabilities with SCP 2000. The tricky parts would be finding in tact Necrontier dna (assuming the Necrons wouldn't be fine with human bodies) and transferring their consciousness into said bodies. The latter is dicey at minimum. The Necrons don't have souls, and what it means to not have a soul but consciousness isn't entirely clear as blanks exist. As such, it's difficult to say what consciousness transfer would entail and whether giving the Necrons bodies would give them souls, which ultimately is what they'd want. They may also require outside help from thalmaturgists, with the Sarkites being a prime candidate. That said, we do know consciousness transfer is possible in the SCP universe thanks to the case of Dr. Bright.
There is no guarantee SRE's would work on psykers as they were invented specifically to nullify reality benders within the scp universe. These devices were made to exploit the weaknesses of reality benders and not psykers . The Scp foundation wouldn't even be able exploit weaknesses of psykers as they don't know of the warp which is crucial in understanding the strengths and weaknesses of a psyker as well as the fact that their souls exist both within their bodies and within the warp simultaneously.
The Scp foundation doesn't have the military capability to cause a planetary threat so the imperium would never use exterminatus on them Any scp capable of causing such destruction would not simply obey the scp foundations orders
Funny thing. There is an anomalous spacemarine model in the scp foundation that will make it so that any dice is rolled in its owners favor. They figure out how to communicate with it. Apparently it just wants to give his brother commander victory
One thing to bear in mind about this discussion is that, for everything the Foundation does, the 40k verse may have a reaction to it, like if you bring forward Reality benders, 40k may throw Psykers at them, effectively changing reality in a way that the bender can't fundamentally understand, also if the Foundation pulls out even bigger guns, it may attract the attention of worse things, like the Silent King, the Hive Mind, or heaven forbid, all four Chaos Gods, since they may find the "new guys" to be more entertaining, and worth of a more "direct" focus.
And it will end with someone stumbling through what is left of earth in order to take scp 055 into contact with scp 579 to reset the scp universe and prevent the contact from ever happening.
The chaos gods would look at the scp foundation for a few moments then get bored they're too busy fighting in infinite universes to care about such a small faction
I love how the SCP Foundation is self aware of it being fictional but is also a real universe in their universe. But we wrote them and accept them as being fictional. Despite them being real too.
You know, surprisingly the SCP foundation does have a shot at minimum with managing psyker and warp fuckery through shenanigans technology like the Scranton reality anchor. The degree to which the foundation would be exceptionally effective against reality warping powers (which makes up a lot of the problems in universe crossovers) gives them significant factional power in the setting. Sufficient for just every other faction to avoid just outright offing them. Because every faction that would want them (e.g. every faction that isn't the Tyranids or the Orks), either isn't capable of reworking another faction's tech or has very difficult time in doing so. Even chaos factions would want them. They also have the 'benefit' of containing a lot of problematic, even in the 40k setting, anomolies. Most especially memetic anomolies. So many of those would be a big problem in 40k, considering a lot of technology utilizes the human psche. Imagine one infecting a navigator or other psyker-communication mutant of humanity (I forget what the exact term is). So, more reason to avoid forcing a direct assault. But the value of the reality anchors is honestly enough to warrant not just bombing the foundation to oblivion. Which are good privileges to have, since they'd get totally merc'ed otherwise. But give 'em time and they could probably figure out their own place in the setting and means of defending themselves.
One big thing in the SCP foundations favour is the shear level of ignorance in the 40k setting and the SCP foundations ability to learn and understand things. If the SCP foundation got ahold of any imperial tech, or the Admech, they could likely learn, understand and reverse engineer it and improve upon it. Afterall, things like terminator suits are just mining harneses. Land Raiders were agri-tractors and so on.
They imperium can innovate in their existing tech, however their understanding of the advanced tech wielded in the dark age is minimal due to it's complexity and the sheer amount of time passed since it's creation(With religious dogma not helping matters.). I doubt the foundation could surpass them in that regard.
Terminator Armor were hazardous environment suits. As in, going into a running rocket engine to fix it. Land raiders use the same engine and frame as a tractor, but the armor and gun are purpose built. Real world armies have done similar things to great effect, the T55 tank as an example. SM armor is also new tech overall, particularly the Dreadnaught suits right along with bolters.
It would be fun to think on how the Foundation would evolve with the Mankind in the 40k universe; It would be fun to imagine the Foundation in that universe in the future
It may have already happened. Both universes are set in our own universe, 40k has its own obscure anomalies and organizations that may have originated on earth from the foundation. There's even a foundation like vault on terra which i like to think is a foundation site that kept running for all those years and the emperor took it over.

I'm trying to remember the one scp that is a contagious universe destroying one where the foundation is purposely placing "contaminated" items in other nearby universes to doom those universes to protect their own.
Oh yeah it was the dude who brought contaminated dirt so his world would be spared The foundation could just throw a beaker of contaminated dirt through the portal Then boom foundation wins
@@sethisevilone02 not necessarily. You ought to remember that in 40k warfare takes part in material and immaterial plane. If this threat is material bring it can be stopped or banished, if it's immaterial then there're thousands of thousands of other immaterial being in the warp that would like a piece of that. Important question is wether chaos gods would help to defend some apocalyptic universe erasing threat or not. My assumption is that they would. They feed out of emotions of living being, if the universe itself was to hr destroyed they would do everything to stop it out of their self preservation instinct. If this thing is so op that even the chaos gods itself plus other chaos entities can't stop then gg bad writing 40k wins TT
then they would just use reality anchors and lock chaos out of the material realm also i doubt chaos would really help defend them since their goal is to conquer the material plane plus even if all life in the 40k universe was gone the humans and eldar would still go to the warp after death and the chaos gods would have claim to their souls regardless
A reality anchor can literally nullify reality warping. Then there are also entities that transcend the multiverse and can end it instantly like the Scarlet King.
@@voidtempering8700 yeah, and then there's random scp's that could be used to end their universe entirely. Like the dog on the old computer that eats universes. @@w1lDstYLe I usually consider some the anomalies separated from the foundation, especially the powerful ones, because the foundation being destroyed doesn't really affect them much.
@@voidtempering8700 oo maybe the reality anchors are like blackstone pylons, it could cut off the warp and nullify psychic powers. The c'tan op talks about are a bit different tho, they are like manifestations of reality apparently, a reality anchor would do nothing to them

His past 40k content has been pretty good too, he introduced me to universe largely him along with Arch but I don't reccomend the later, even ignoring his politics he makes stuff up/ fails to cite sources for contentious claims too often.
One thing that I always despise about 40k fans in any crossverse discussions is that there’s always that one that guy goes: “40k aLWaYs wInS. THiS iS a StoMP” Oversimplification I know but there are just so many people wanking off 40k’s power level and ignores some of the more interesting side of the discussion like how the two setting’s cosmology would interact with one another, how the people would react to numerous races and the expansive of the 40k galaxy. Stuff that make the conversation meaningful instead of just another vs debate
I feel like the gate guardian is a pretty big wild card, it just depends if he’s willing to leave the gate to defend humanity, or, if the heavenly host exists in scp, are there more like him
@@NewbieObi true, but it depends if the armies of heaven as described in the Bible exist in scp too, cause in that case the archangel Michael could probably solo the imperium
I forget the SCP, but I remember one who transcends reality, and would be the equivalent of moving from the SCP verse into our real life. That would definitely be able to kill them
Yeah I don’t think he brings up the gate guardian enough here, especially with his massive he is and the fact he moves faster than time itself. He takes direct orders from 343, and 343 doesn’t want the earth to blow up so the gate guardian WOULD defend humanity I believe.
I’m so excited to have warhammer 40k back on the channel it’s been so long but worth the wait, thank you for starting with it, can’t wait for more love craft reading
Imagine if Trazyn the Infinite allied with the Foundation though, they're both "Jailers" and he could pokeball any factions that land on earth, in exchange for interesting anomalies from the SCP universe. Or dump a bunch of tyranids onto any ship that passes through the portal between universes, if he found it first of course.
Technically SCP foundation is canon but just as a fictional project thing since it would take place long after even with the dark age of technology Same thing could be said for SCP foundation universe in a sense that Warhammer is just like what it is in real life TLDR, one of these are fictional in the other's other universe
I LOVE how much effort you put into your April Fool's videos!! Last year's always cheers me up on bad days. And this is such a great segway to your channel changes
One thing to take into account is that the Imperium with it's size and inertia are big weaknesses. If the SCP Foundation is the one finding the portal first they would have a lot of time to explore and prepare before confronting the Imperium. Meaning they could reversse engineer the imperium's tech and even get a better understanding of it than the Imperium itself. Looks now like the Stargate plot! Haha! Second, what would be the reaction of the Imperium towards a Universe that is corrupted with anomalies beyond even "Immaterium rules"? They could consider the SCP reality corruption as a threat and destroy the portal themselves. To me the SCP world is way more dangerous, since the number of reality bending anomalies found on a single planet is so high, the fabric of reality in the SCP Universe must be in a dire shape.
@@mister_bomb7777 Because most of the time they arent even trying, the foundation has managed to reverse enginer and even create very equivalent tech themselves
@@carso1500 But how it works is buried under layers upon layers of pointless rituals and litanies. The Tau, which are much more advanced than the current humanity couldn't reverse engineer the warp drives, or at least not fully.
@@carso1500 They don't have to reverse engineer guns, bolters in 40K are barely different than our own. I am talking about tech more compicated than "proprellant makes thing go fast". Besides, it's hard to figure out which rituals are fluff and which ones have a valid reason for being there.
Just thinking about how much of a relic a living, hospitable, and water filled Holy Terra would be to the imperium is wild. If they get past any thoughts of warp or illusion, in which case they might send Grey knights or a just a regular chapter and the first thing is just stories that were recorded by Remembrancers during the God of man’s time. Also with that other SCP I can just see a Crork Git or something just sitting out of the war in heaven just humming “Klorga Gottsa wait for boss, That’s when the real WAGHH starts”
I'd like to see an interaction between the SCP foundation and the Inquisition. Now the Inquisition would absolutely see the Foundation as a cult of heretics and likely exterminatus the planet simply for looking too much like holy terra. But the other way around i could see the Foundation infiltrating the Inquisition and change the narrative of what Earth is to a miracle brought forth by the emperor nand something worth protecting.
This is a wonderful bridge between transitioning from 4 years of mainly SCP content to who knows how many of Warhammer content. You got me into Warhammer lore, and I'm excited to see you take your videos in another direction. Your quality has changed so much in the last 4 years, and you're now one of my favorite channels.
I think pataphysics might be the way the SCP Universe survives and perhaps even wins! Self-awareness is incredibly powerful, as is the flexibility of what is canon in the SCP Universe. Given that the SCP Universe can be concurrent with ours, and 40k exists in our universe as a tabletop miniatures game, I can imagine Dr. Placeholder McDoctorate making some magic happen. In fact, now I really hope he sees this idea and runs with it!
@@johnsilverman656 nah even if they were strong enough to do that (which they probably aren't) the Lord of change would be down bad for a total reality shift
that sounds like a fun story to be honest , controlling the invasion as it enter there reality or changing around major character in 40k verse via pataphysics is an interesting idea.
Another rule for things Dr.Bright isn't allowed to do: "Don't use any anomalies to try and attain godhood to try and f**k the Chaos god that looks hot"
I’m just imagining how the imperium or tau would feel about a minuscule population of the old terra (earth) knowing all about the war hammer universe and it’s people and playing board games using their legends and champions as pieces
Isn't there a thaumial class SCP that's an interdimensional giant anomalous super space ship with planetbuster level weaponry which miraculously appears to any earth that is about to face an extintinction level threat? I imagine that thing might help the Foundation turn back an invasion from the 40k universe.
Imperium has ships of super space planet buster calibre by the million. The imperial Navy is fucking insane. Altho would the IoM ever muster enough forces to conquer a SCP verse nah but could they potentially yeah probs
Not only that. That ship has gone toe to toe with Scp 682 when he evolved into this nightmaric entity and they fought in the outer space in the speed of light too. I don't think any faction in wh40k can stand a chance against it.
Honestly, I'd be interested to see how SCP-053 would interact with the Warhammer 40K Universe. Killing intent is basically the norm in the 40K verse, and as such, I am curious as to whether they would be able to properly deal with SCP-053.
Probably try to kill her because they think she was affliated with chaos, oh wait she can't die. I'm probably wrong with this one but I'm happy If someone corrected me.
I would love to see some crossover between factions from each universe, imagine Church of the Broken God meeting Adeptus Mechanicus or Sarkic Cults being asimilated into Tyranids. Hell I can see SCP Foundation being asimilated into a new subfaction of inquisition.
An interaction between the SCP universe and the 40K universe I could see going as follows: The SCP foundation or one of the other organizations would be the first through. Most likely they would stumble across an Imperial World that would warrant investigation by a standard Imperial forces (IE the Guard and the Navy). The Inquisition might have a presence in the form of 1 Inquisitor to investigate the going ons of these foreign humans that they've never encountered before. At first the Imperium would assume this is a lost world of the old Terra Empire before Old Night and needs to be brought back into the fold before Chaos or the Tau get their sticky mitts on them. Conflict would escalate when a basic Guard Regiment combats the Foundation's forces which most likely they'd be losing that fight until they bring in a few SCPs to even the odds. These "bioweapons" would warrant a call for assistance from any other Imperial forces that can and the Inquisitor add to that call asking for something like the Sisters of Battle or even a squad of Space Marines to intervene. The Mechanicum would be there in a small amount at first because they'll be needed for basic research and discovery. The big guns of the Imperium wouldn't be called in until the Imperium finds it this is an alternative version of Terra they're fighting and it's _infested_ with beasts, daemons and AI. Now it's all out war: Full chapters are called in like the Minotaurs and Space Sharks. The Mechanicum are here in full force will even a full Legio of Titans. The Custodes would most likely be there too as this is Terra after all: birth place of the Emperor. We might even see Guilliman or even The Lion there acting for the Emperor in such an important battle. Basically it's going to go bad for the Foundation and all the other organizations and the moment the Imperium finds out these organizations trying to "protect mankind" are using creatures that they would see as "demons" (some literally are) would be extremely pissed and doing everything to not hit the Exterminatus button. It would take a direct intervention of someone like SCP 343 to basically calm the Imperium down.
Tbh I feel like the chaos gods would even get in there and start feeding off of the madness maybe even killing scp deities to take their power and consume the scp universe
The Imperium isn't really that big a deal to be honest compared to the stuff the Foundation deals with. While there's a lot of metacanons, the Foundation ranges from managing metaphysical anomalies able to slaughter small towns out to containing reality curtailing entities whose presence constitutes an existential threat to consciousness and whose existence cannot be known without immediate retribution by said entity. The Imperium shoots demons with guns and loses almost every time. The Foundation takes on existential universal concepts and wins. The Emperor of Man would be considered a pretty minor anomaly. It's not really a case of whether the Imperium would let Earth live. It's whether the Foundation would even bother to contain the Imperium. It's size and resources would make it difficult but it would be fairly easy for the Foundation to unleash the kind of abhorrent technology that the Imperium would crack apart trying to deal with. Very similar to how the Culture would manage them, though far less one sided.

It is my headcannon that the SCP fundation eventually evolved into the sigillites after thousands of years with malcador being the last administrator. Then the custodes took the job of them in the form of the shadowkeepers after the dead of malcador.
Okay, but a few things that would emerge from the conflict. An MTF assgined to combat Warhammer foes. Using GW materials to gauge range and such. Clef becoming a one-man anti-pysker army. The Mechanicus and the Curch of the Broken god just coexisting. Magnus trying to get into the Wanderers Library. Guliman being targeted by SCP-3577. Mikkari being considered an SCP. The Foundation combining SCP-666-J and SCP-3516, which causes the destruction of a small system. Trayzin being Trayzin. Orikan doing everything in his power to prevent Trayzin from being Trayzin. And Gotrek, Vs SCP-682 _"Who Will Come Out On Top?"_ (given that warp is well, _The Warp_ this is possible.)
The Inquisition would know exactly what was going on. And they would secure that immediately. As a time gate to Terras distant past would need to be protected at all costs. Losing control of it would mean the loss of all forces in the current 40k timeline.
The 40K universe is actually on a lower level when it comes to pataphysics, there's a SCP that's a sentient Space Marine mini, this implies that 40K is a fictional universe within the SCP universe, so they could use pataphysics to defeat them.
@@Nudhul the Imperium Curbstomping the SCP Foundation's earth and turning it into just another recruiting world is not fun either but it still made it into the video.
@@jesushernanpizarrogonzalez7297 in a direct military confrontation thats what would happen, but the foundation has SCPs it can use. simply writing itself as the victor using pataphysics is the lamest way to win.
It could also be on a parallel pataphysical level and have roughly the same status as any other piece of media in comparison to the Foundation. Fictional within the context of the Foundation, but on the same level of realness as the Foundation's relationship to our world and thus referenced within the Foundation as a piece of fiction that completes the "hidden world" aspect of the setting. Our world, but with the Foundation and SCPs and such. This could also, if you wanted to drive a bit of insanity into it all, be the reason there's a Foundation-Alike within the 40k universe and the Imperium's many subfactions
Another possible point of contact; one of the factions deliberately seeks out the SCP universe after capturing the unintentinally visiting unwilling dimension hopper. Also, would not win the war with this alone, but imagine the issues it would cause if the 'Builder Bear' could be smuggled into a 40K armory stash.
Put some more thought into it. Some specific anomalies could, if not instantly win, could cause significant issues to the 40k universe. The little girl comes to mind. The one who cannot be attacked by any sentient being, even 682, and induces bloodthirsty fury in all around her, but, nuking her from a distance might still be possible.
This is an interesting concept, another fictional universe that would be a good match for the Foundation would be Ian M Banks' "Culture" universe - considering how fantastical the concepts go there are a lot of similarities, people becoming god-like beings through quasi-magical technologies and Overmind entities being an accepted part of it etc. You can tell his novels inspired more than a few SCP writers irl.
I'd be interested to see that. Also same goes with Destiny and Battletech. I'd buy ComStar being an alternate version of the Foundation in addition to a phone company. Also be neat to see Draconis Recombine and the GOC trying to out-warcrime each other.
I'm curious what the effect of The Flesh coming into contact with the Tyranids would be. Also Headcanon, The Emperor of Man is the Administrator of the SCP foundation
What if Nurgle learns about The Flesh? What would Yaldabaoth do? Would she hate him? Show interest? Probably even a sort of sickening, slodging, rotting romance between the two?
The kind of bread and butter of SCP is omnious cliff hangers, so, I think I'd prefer a partial victory scenario, with the foundation successfully blocking the portal between universes *physically*, but chaos influence slowly flowing into the SCP universe, with the gods of chaos being able to manifest and influence the SCP reality at some point in the next 50 years.
Ya know, I honestly think that the first Imperial faction would, based on star charts, they would have a freaking aneurysm... Holy Terra, especially in the pre-crusade era, would be utterly priceless. The history, natural resources, untainted populace, superstition and Imperial Dogma would put it on the level of the Garden of Eden. Also, time travel *really* does not exist in the 40k world, nor do non-warp parallel universes. The Inquisition may even block the portal, make sure it is not the warp and stay the hell away because they would be terrified of breaking something and pissing off the Emperor.
As I have reached a further point in the video, I think that SCP-6004 (The Rainbow Serpent), if awoken AND played off as some sort of beast of burden endemic to "old terra", would probably relish the thought of of being returned to Imperial Terra... and to an extent the High Lords of Terra, would not be overtly angry if say half of the hive cities on Terra were replaced with verdant and lush, non toxic nature, that is for some reason chocked full of edible citiz... I mean animals. The Imperium of man is a mess, the High lords are greedy and self centered, if they thought the inquisition and officio assassinorum would let them get away with it, they would be happy if they were the only non-emperor people on Earth. Though, I still say that the Imperium would be too scared to do anything to Holy Terra for it to actually be an issue.
the Serpents Hand could perhaps be convinced to use the Library to go to the other universes where the SCPF is capable of taking on the 40k universe (i consider conflicting articles to be in separate universes), maybe even the Paragon or something. the Multiverse is something the SCPF (or at least some versions) interacts with often, especially in the case of Portland.
Space marine captain: “Kneel, Human. You will be enlightened by the God Emperor.” SCP 05 Council Member: “No.” Captain: “No?” 05: “No. Because we have something you need. A way to eradicate the Gods of Chaos, as you call them. You need us.” Captain: “Ha! And what, pray tell, would primitives as such as you be able to do?” 05: “It’s already been done.” Captain: “What?” 05: “You ever hear of Malal?” Captain: “What is a Malal?” 05: *eyes darken* “Exactly.” Edit: ok. Apparently I have to explain this because people are assuming my intentions here. I was not making commentary on the writing of either Games Workshop or the SCP writers. It was merely a short narrative on how the 40k universe has a problem with Gods that are dependent on belief and the SCP Organization has an SCP that can eradicate the belief in a God. I then used a retconned, defunct Chaos God as an example of the Organization flexing this ability. That's all. No commentary. No boosting the belief in the gods. Just a funny, in universe conversation between a monster of a man and the tiny human who holds the cards for both universe's salvation. Thank you. Have a good day.
@Myriad no, they're talking about how Malal got retconed out of existence by GW, and thus, theoretically GW could retcon countless other details of the GrimDark Future
@@RipOffProductionsLLC Close, but not quite. I was referencing the retcon, but making it that, in this hypothetical meeting of universes, the SCP Organization was the one that did it. Seriously. If the SCP Organization has the ability to kill Gods with removing the powers of belief in that God, that's just problem solved for almost all of 40k's problems right there.
A showdown between 682 and the Tyranids would be the greatest brawl in history. Both have monstrous adaptation/evolution ability with one being able to throw basically infinite bodies and the other having immortality
This was a really great video. Perhaps in the future you might consider a sequel where you explore in greater detail what would happen if the other organizations discovered the portal first, like the GOC, Serpents Hand, Chaos Insurgency, Marshall Carter and Dark, MCF, UIU or even the Are we cool yet organizations.
*GOC* GOC sends a stealth ISBM with anti-matter warhead through the portal and it farts in the other side. Within one hour, Earth is hit with an atmospheric incinerator. GG
The Church of the Broken God and the Adeptus Mechanicus would be the bestest of buds immediately. They'd give off some real "I've only just met you and I love you" energy. Imagine if the Adeptus Mechanicus found out there was a DIY robot machine God on earth they had just waiting to be put together.
Added to the argument, there's also the question of where the portal opens up. Any army that exits in front of SCP-001 will not be a problem. There are other entities which might fight the invaders for their own reasons, rather than to save humanity. Finally, let me suggest that the Foundation and The Imperium might be willing to make a deal, like the one the Imperium has with the Mechanicum. SCP-6659 is not just a potential Emperor-killer, it might also be effective against the Chaos Gods. I can imagine the High Lords of Terra could and would make a deal that would rid them of The threat of the Warp.
I like how the power of the SCPs range from: "Hey I have this cool key that can open anything" and "Ooh, funky slime that tickles" to "So, this guy is mentally unstable reality bender!?" and "Yea so we found *_The God"_*

I have to agree, the Foundation is more than capable of taking on the 40k universe but would destroy reality itself in the process. Which is sometimes considered the preferred outcome in some canons.
that's because every anomalies that can cause damages in 40k world hated the foundation more, so if they're going to fight the Imperium of Mankind the Foundation can't really do much

One thing to keep in mind for SCP is that canon accepted info includes that SCP exists in almost all survivable realities and that, although most info is on the USA SCP locations they do mention that each continent plus a few other places have a foundation branch. And upon discovering any location at least an attempt at a foundation branch (stable location) or outpost (unknown or hazardous location) will be created via both normal and anomaly means to match the location for research, documentation, and calculating of risks.

personally im interested in what would happen if the foundation and the imperium agreed to work together, and someone from either side managed to slip the emperor a dose of scp-500
Doubtful the emperor would be pleased about this. Due to his new found connection to the warp and being roided up on 1000 psykers a day. The emperor is far more powerful now than he was before the heresy. Bringing him back to full health would sever this unique connection he now has with the warp.
@@bizbe4465 Just cause he'd get a dose of SCP 500 (Which is the fountain of youth I believe?) I could see him starting as a cooperative anomaly, then getting an assistant researcher position, and working his way through the ranks until he earns his seat on the O5 council.
Actually, 40k is a fictional universe inside SCP, there's an SCP that is a space marine miniature.
You bet your collective arses that the Foundation has several millenium spanning articles on how they are activly trying to avoid a future like 40k.
If I don't forget, in 7000 it was mentioned Waha, when the sister of the sun showed tin, one suggested that it was a chaos star.

If we go deep into 682 lore to 6820A, it might be ravenously anti-warp to the point of helping the SCP Foundation as it does against The Entity.
682 is the case of “I’m only helping because I want to kill you myself”

Eh none of them really act in the way it does though just containing super weapons, daemons, or aliens doesnt mean they have the esoteric background knowledge to contain the deer. Plus theyd probably kill themselves with how theyd handle the brides of the scarlet king. Scp is about securing and protecting. 40k act more like a even more kill happy goc kill and destroy everything they can contain what they cant, and as with the brides of the scarlet king doing that as a first resort is liable to get your reality seized.
DeathWatch... created for the whole purpose of cleaning up SCPs.
the thing about both the SCP foundation and the impierium is that their scale, power, doctrines and everything else is only as canon as the last writer believes it does. some SCP articles don't even take Certain GOIs to exist at all, others create completely new groups that are super huge threats, same with the 40k writers.
@@sovietunion7643 not to mention the amount of lore that gets retconned and/or rewritten as and when they feel like it.

And the Necrons...?
Bright.
@@godking4621 necrons would just slap the foundation to be honest, as most necron tech cant be countered in any meaningfull way by the foundation
The Scp foundation doesn't have the military capability to cause a planetary threat so the imperium would never use exterminatus on them
Any scp capable of causing such destruction would not simply obey the scp foundations orders
Funny thing. There is an anomalous spacemarine model in the scp foundation that will make it so that any dice is rolled in its owners favor. They figure out how to communicate with it. Apparently it just wants to give his brother commander victory
imagine the figure meets the real guiliman pffft
I love how he said that 40k characters had to make sure it was not a "Warp anomaly that laid the portal"
@@dadudeme it is rather funny how a world full of, well, world ending monsters, has so many "world reset" buttons at hand.

I would love to see the scp foundation purify the warp via Scranton reality anchors
@@arb1ter993 it wouldn't work. That'd be like saying "If we throw enough sisters of silence into the warp we'll win!"
@@arb1ter993 The warp is basically the same size as the milky way, not happening.
Understand this vortex grenade
They imperium can innovate in their existing tech, however their understanding of the advanced tech wielded in the dark age is minimal due to it's complexity and the sheer amount of time passed since it's creation(With religious dogma not helping matters.). I doubt the foundation could surpass them in that regard.
@@myriad9597 they rewrite reality on the daily but okay sure.
The foundation in some canons are a multiversal institution 40k compared to them doesn't rank high
I'm trying to remember the one scp that is a contagious universe destroying one where the foundation is purposely placing "contaminated" items in other nearby universes to doom those universes to protect their own.
Project Palisade or something like that.
Oh yeah it was the dude who brought contaminated dirt so his world would be spared
The foundation could just throw a beaker of contaminated dirt through the portal
Then boom foundation wins
Yeah Project Palisade, some entity is consuming universes so the Foundation is constantly directing it to other universes instead of its own.
Lets also remember that 40k has reality benders. They are called the C'tan and the necrons keep them in pokeballs
Since the foundation is aware of 40k, there's an scp that's a 40k mini, then they could probably just point that dog in their universes direction and it's over.
But at the same time, there's diseases in 40k that could wreck the foundation and the whole planet before they could even get a plan like that together and execute it.
I love this kinda stuff, two universes with such deep and horrifying lore, so every time you think you have it figured out, you remember a ridiculous entity and things change real fast.

Reverse-engineer imperium tech? Yeah, good luck, not even the people making and maintaining it know how it works.
@@mister_bomb7777 Because most of the time they arent even trying, the foundation has managed to reverse enginer and even create very equivalent tech themselves

An interaction between the SCP universe and the 40K universe I could see going as follows:
The SCP foundation or one of the other organizations would be the first through.

Malal’s Anti Imperium of Mankind be like
Ya know, I honestly think that the first Imperial faction would, based on star charts, they would have a freaking aneurysm...

If the SCP Organization has the ability to kill Gods with removing the powers of belief in that God, that's just problem solved for almost all of 40k's problems right there.
noooooo malal ;(
A showdown between 682 and the Tyranids would be the greatest brawl in history.
Both have monstrous adaptation/evolution ability with one being able to throw basically infinite bodies and the other having immortality
Bet 682 would somehow find joy in the endless slaughter
And the tyranids would possible adept to get close (not equal sadly) to 682
This was a really great video.
*GOC*
GOC sends a stealth ISBM with anti-matter warhead through the portal and it farts in the other side.
The Adeptus Mechanicus finding out about the Machine God would be utterly devastating to both realities I think
The Adeptus Mechanicus and the Church of the Broken God: spider-man pointing meme
Something funny is that Cogwork Orthodoxy (a branch of CoBG) has its own inquisition
I like how the power of the SCPs range from: "Hey I have this cool key that can open anything" and "Ooh, funky slime that tickles" to "So, this guy is mentally unstable reality bender!?" and "Yea so we found *_The God"_*
Scp universe is very much a glass cannon when it comes to being set against other universes
They have massive hax abilities but would not be able to defend themselves against a powerful enough, or even far weaker force than what they can utilize against others in turn
Also good on you for exploring new formats and ideas
I have to agree, the Foundation is more than capable of taking on the 40k universe but would destroy reality itself in the process. Which is sometimes considered the preferred outcome in some canons.
@@nightigal When your magic genie grants you your wish in exchange for obliterating the universe. I highly doubt it is a favorable deal.
that's because every anomalies that can cause damages in 40k world hated the foundation more, so if they're going to fight the Imperium of Mankind the Foundation can't really do much
@@cincau3243 Some anomalies don't hate the foundation and are mostly neutral. Unfortnately almost all of these are keter so they can't be controlled well.
@@gamerplays5131 yup, especially the heavy hitter like the Scarlet King, the Gate Guardian, or any other reality bending SCP
*i'm talking about heavy hitter keter class and not the "don't hate the foundation" Since obviously the scarlet king would hate the foundation lol
Hey there, thanks for another video. Just letting you know, that as a former SCP-exclusive listener, I'm happy for the shift you've taken. It also motivated me to listen to your other non-SCP recordings. Have a good one, and thanks for the art.
"Yeah, no, we're closing that portal. Thank you"
Like many others, probably, I came here for SCP content over the years. It has been excellent and it's what I am here for. 40k is another set of lore I love. While I hope not all changes, I'm strangely excited to see how this plays out.
Either way, thanks for the content and good luck with this path. I hope to continue enjoying this change(course correction?) as well.
I love how some SCP foundations are basically hyper metafictional level god.
I'm actually giddy about how excited I am for this channel. I've loved TES for years and I'm wholeheartedly excited for the future of this channel.
I am definitely with you. None of the SCP diseases are even close to Pappas Gifts.
True
Well scp 1025 might disagree
I’ve been trying to get into Warhammer 40k Lore and I can think of anywhere I’d rather hear it from more than TES. Can’t wait for more!
I'd recommend the Adeptus Ridiculous podcast too, although they're a little more humorous than analytical like TES
I don't even play 40K but can't get enough lore. Keep it up!
I feel like the orks and 682 are like, destined for one another. Well, the orks would love it, the lizard would hate it, but they would at least keep him busy, and I suspect travel far and wide to fight the lizard nobody can beat... Might figure out a way to intentionaly steer space ships just for that honestly.
With 682s ability to adapt and copy the abilities used against it, imagine 682 taking on the orks fungal nature and spawning thousands of 682s ad infinitum. Not good for the 40k universe.
@@hirozhen7475 if he can copy abilities, then why not use that ability in the sun scp 001, in all the videos I've seen ive never seen him copy abilities, only adapt
@@yeetneet5334 Depends on the author. Happens a few times in his SCP Explained videos.
SCP-4051. The kid who can summon anything from portals. He doesn’t even need to know exactly what it is he is summoning, he just needs the general concept. He could just imagine, “giant laser that will kill all the invaders” and here comes a portal that out of which will fire a giant laser that will kill all the invaders. Plain and simple
Ngl that's like most chaos sorcery a blood thirster would probably suicide bomb that kid and then the planet lmfao
Then the Lazer somehow gets reflected, good idea but too much risk for the foundation because they won't even know if it works, they know that God's above the kid exist and could just wish the kid away, what's to say that the portal scp doesn't have one?
The cake could just pull out another cognitohazard he made one before he can make other scp's he can make it s p that kills everything that looks at it except for him
Or he can make actual plot armor for as long as he wears it he will win
Too bad warp demons would invade him
he just need to pull out a contradictory concept and yeet it at em lol
(or the exact opposite of the portal itself)
I would love to see trazyn the infinite react to the foundations "collection"
I think he respect it
Then steal it 😂
With access to their technology he will be able to beat his eternal rival... The British Museum.
@@dukedevlan5457 yeah he’d respect it so much that he’s gonna put the entire SCP foundation in his own museum. For their own safe keeping of course XD
@@jaxxchang-weinberg4684 lol, he'll keep them secure, contained, and protected. Mission accomplished.
My man comes through. A take on SCP-40K
What about sending SCP-2845 in a ritual fueled exterminatus package. Stopping the ritual on impact..
Ironic; recently I stumbled across a SCPx40K crossover on accident that's picked up a decent following on Fanfiction called "The SCP Foundation vs Warhammer 40k. It's only got 3 posts and 4k ish words but it's interesting. It's regarding a first contact scenario between the Imperium and the SCP version of the Solar system, utterly baffling the Imperial ship's officers as to why a near carbon copy of the Terran Home System is in a random part of the Galaxy.
Imperium of Man: *Is invading Earth*
The Foundation: have you ever seen a picture of SCP-096?
IoM: No.
The Foundation: would you like to?
personally im interested in what would happen if the foundation and the imperium agreed to work together, and someone from either side managed to slip the emperor a dose of scp-500
Doubtful the emperor would be pleased about this. Due to his new found connection to the warp and being roided up on 1000 psykers a day. The emperor is far more powerful now than he was before the heresy. Bringing him back to full health would sever this unique connection he now has with the warp.
@@bizbe4465 Just cause he'd get a dose of SCP 500 (Which is the fountain of youth I believe?) Then it'd basically instantly heal the Emperor, and just cause he is healed doesn't meant he'd lose any of his new abilities, after all those abilities were gained by people believing him as a god, and him coming back would just strengthen that belief even more and just make his abilities stronger.
@@poseidonetn.u.s.ebranch2610 His unique connection allows him to obtain god status. Billions believed him to be a god before when he was alive and kicking. But he wasn't able to do half the stuff he can now. The only thing "alive" about the emperor is his soul. His soul is what essentially ascended after dying. If he were healed his unique connection would be severed. Rendering him weaker.
@@bizbe4465 although if the emperor were revived then maybe he could sort out the imperium and make it less of a shit hole and get them back on track in developing technology again. Whatever powers he may have in the warp isn't doing the imperium as a whole any good where as regaining some of their lost tech could swing the balance of power back into humanity's favor to a point where they might start regaining ground.
@@Lorkanthal "isn't doing the imperium as a whole any good." Sir he is keeping a warp rift shut from flooding into Terra 24/7. Malcador the second most powerful psyker did it for a few hours and was turned to dust. If this were any other planet the emperor probably would have just offed himself to revive. But since it's Terra with the astronomican, a bunch of navigator houses, and plenty more notable things. On top of that Terra is the very center of the imperium which would open a warp portal at the heart of their empire.
If Terra is lost the imperium gets thrown into another dark age. This time far worse because the emperor can't rebuild the astronomican. With all of the navigator houses gone no one will be able to navigate the warp seamlessly.
