Clear and succinct, I'll definitely recommend it to my students. They need to keep a watch out for differences between American and GB pronunciation plus all the other regional variations. But, as Hadar emphasises, the most important difference between 13 and 30 etc is the "syllable stress" change which is common to all native speakers. 😀
