What a wonderful, full brassy sound Haruka gets out of the trombone. Love her playing.

Her technique and tone are excellent.
As a fellow trombonist, I really appreciate her gifts.

How brilliant she is -- made it hard work on this video without a bit of front line support , but still performs excellently

I found out about Haruka through my co-worker, and I am also Japanese like Haruka, that just LOVES Dixieland and New Orleans jazz music, and similar type of music like country/bluegrass/rockabilly that you can feel the fun 2-beat rhythm. I haven't been to New Orleans unfortunately, but definitely would love to make a visit someday in the near future. And I love her singing "By and By" - such a cute voice, and of course, her trombone skills are...WOW!!!

Haruka, thanks for getting together with Albanie. Two of my favourite NO gals. The guys are not too bad either!

See them with Shake Em Up JB at the Ogden Museum concert. Albanie’s rendition of ‘A right to sing the blues’ is amazing, could probably be classed as the definitive version! All the ladies were in top form and Hauka’s solo was amazing. Albania was sitting in for Julie doubling on guitar and bass
