I haven't played that exercise since 1993. that was a chop burner. especially when we added flam 5's.

Bummer he was my first serious boyfriend and when Catherine sent me a text telling me he had passed I was so bummed I’m 65 now but I was 16 and he was 21 we lost touch for decades then I showed my daughter the trash can band at Disney she had an annual pass so she found them playing and we were back in touch. He was one of the nicest people I’ve ever known and I miss him 🥲
