Looks great. Can’t wait to see it up & running. A mountain tunnel would be fitting😝. Thanks for the sightseeing! It transported me back to the year I spent in Norway in my youth.
Nice layout for a small confined area. Spectacular drive through the Austrian Alps. Looking forward to future videos on the track & upgrades. Well done & enjoy!👍🇦🇺🏍️🤠
Hi Travis. Did I briefly see a vid or short from you on rebraiding this track. Can't find it now. It was far too early in the morning for me to view in full. Looking forward to seeing the track in use.
Thanks Travis, you just gave Mrs Brown the view of Austria I've been trying to describe to her for ages. Nice track, you might have to extend the @magnetic racing scenery from the ceiling, it'll be tight 💪🏻👌🏻
Very good Travis. Great help you have had in Austria. What type of crash barriers do you have in mind to prevent a crashed car sailing over the edge to the floor?
Cheers mate. I think where I live in Austria there is no demand for it and normally if you buy furniture from a store or something big they loan you a car...unfortunatly not for private purchases
That looks like a good track with a decent straight and a nice mix of curves we have to work with whatever room we have and I know that changes everytime we move. It's a lot smaller than what you had before but looks like a good use of the space you have and a good start. I'm sure you will sort it out to your liking and have fiun with it.
That's cool, well done. Prefer the wooden tracks. You'll need to tune your cars accordingly as you know, but will be an awesome drive and open up opportunities for plastic and wood sessions (maybe some flexi's too haha). You've done well to choose a track to fit your room for sure. Looking forward to the vids when it arrives.
Hi Trav, not sure if I understand the complexity of your new track acquisition. Is it already in Australia or is it being shipped from Austria. Anyway. You have gone the right way and will love racing on wood. I am currently building my 4th or at least getting the room ready for it. My last one was 3 lane 27 feet x 13 feet at the widest point. I used copper tape with the plan of going to non magbraid. Unfortunately a home move proved my new space wouldnt accept the old girl. So a new challenge is in the viewfinder. 5 , 4x8 tables on wheels will give me 20 x 8 overall. This time only 2 lanes with lane spacing a bit wider than Carrera. Yep it will take 43 up to 24 scale on track, but the scenics will be 32 scale since I have such an abundance of it. I think you will have an absolute panic on the wood track. Keep us posted mate. I'd send a pic of my last one but not sure how to do it on here lol
Thanks for watching legends.
Any feedback or ideas with this track please let me know in the comments
I grew up racing on a wood routed track. There is nothing else like it. True racing!
I completely agree

Well done Trav. You will love it. I built my 3 lane routed track 13 years ago and still drive on it almost every day. Cannot get enough of it.😅😮😅

I'm lucky to have some amazing Austrians looking out for me.
Once it's in I will have a think on what to use
Very nice find!
Why so
Many issues finding a mover?
Cheers mate.

G'day legend
This track is for my spot here in Austria ☺️
The track is almost as good looking as you! Wooden track is amazing, the best to race on. Love it 🎉
It's just as weathered as me 😂😂😂
Can’t wait to see what’s to come out of that little room
Great work brother!!!
Cheers legend
So tempted to build a routed track!!
Do it legend
Are you living in Austria or Australia?
