I vividly remember the release of the Hazbin Hotel pilot four years ago. It swept over every corner of RUclips and it was all anybody could talk about. Among the captivating characters, one was my favorite - Alastor, with his enchanting Transatlantic radio voice. 4 years ago I wasn't confident enough to try sculpting one of the characters from Hazbin Hotel and do them justice. But now I'm a little better than I was back then, so let's give it a shot.

Usually sculpting, modelling videos are just boring and thats why people skip to the end. But you managed to talk me through it so... good job? What I wanted to say is keep up the quality commentary/editing and then you dont have to worry about people (or at least me) skipping the video.
I usually just skip aswell, but reading your comment convinced me to go back and watch the whole thing
Fr he's really fun to listen to. His video wasn't too long either. I loathe long videos (usually 30+ minutes is when I start to wander off)

Everyone talks about vinyl figuriness but the moment i saw Alastor in 3d my mind instantly went to Hazbin Hotel representation in some sort of crossover fighting game.
Alastor in mk1 just might make me pick up that game
@@Anticssc💀 highly doubt he would fit as MK1 usually takes characters woth high resolution models or live action movies so imagine seeing a cartoonish radio demon fighting homelander. I think alot of MK fans would hate it. But I think Alastor can find his spot in a different fighting game

i have the attention span of a ceramic bowl that was put in a hydraulic press, and somehow this video kept me entertained, thats an achievement right there.

The thing I love about watching modeling, sculpting, or even drawing is that the beginning of it looks so simple and sometimes looks like its going to be really bad (the bad part is not the case with this one) and then devolves into something so detailed and awesome overtime.

OMG, when the Mario Kart 8 theme kicked in I got flashbacks (of the good kind) to when I spent six months playing that game with a friend between three and six hours a day.

As someone new to Zbrush this was really inspirational to watch and the tips were really useful. Awesome to see a sculptor who utilises the option to poly model. Subbed and looking forward to future videos. N.b - this render looks amazing!

I’m really, really late to the Hazbin Hotel fandom and stuff. I missed all the hype 4 years ago due to non-existent internet where I was (lockdown and no internet, aaargh!), but yeah, instant Alastor fan, lol.

This is absolutely amazing!!! You did an amazing job on this. However, I think you may have forgotten that Alastor's fingers are red from the middle to the tip (he also has hoof decals on the soles of his shoes but that's your choice to add or not since no one will see the feet). Anyways, keep up the good work, you're very talented!
