I did just do a how to style mini skirts for fall video 2 weeks ago - I truly think all of those outfits would work really well with black opaque tights. I also love to do OTK boots in the winter because it means my legs are mostly covered. Also, as a bonus if you're wearing black over the knee boots, black opaque tights look great
