Corey no doubt brings something to finish it but if you notice on the instrumental the snare has way less weight and the guitars are less beefy etc... It's just a result of techniques used to remove the vocals that cause it to sound so different. Again Corey finished the track but I don't think he wrote it alone. Just my opinion. Just saying...
@@robremorse hahah of course he didn't write it alone. he likely didn't make any of the music. besides his own lines. which often times isn't made by the vocalist either.
if you listen closely you'd notice this is a masterpiece of cover, highly close to the original one though. and if you listen closely even more you can hear that no one gives a shit cos this cover or whatever you call it is good as shit
+Explosion Pvp 2 guitarists, 2 electronic dealers, 3 drummers, 2 occasional guitarists (corey and craig) and a good bassist.......they could have made better stuff.......why do they not?
HunterBoiX nah DOOM Eternal soundtrack should be made by the same artist from DOOM 2k16. Like I like this but it won’t fit DOOM. It would fit KF2 cause KF2 doesn’t make there own songs plus KF2 is more metal and DOOM is more of a electronic/rock. Listen to BFG division
man this is sooo bad ass...falling in love with SLIPKNOT ALL OVER AGAIN after listening to this instrumental version of psychosocial!!!!nice work.. maggot til death..stay SIC
i love listening instrumental versions of slipknot's songs becauase the guitar riffs and drum playing is just insane but i really detest all the screaming and shouting -__-
@gta4rulesass Well, these riffs actually aren't that complex. And they are pretty easy to learn in fact. It's very basic stuff, except for the soloing. That's probably the only thing you'll have a problem with I think. I think Slipknots hardest song to learn is probably Surfacing, mainly because of the tapping in it, is a little difficult to learn. Other than that, most of Slipknots stuff aint that complex....at all...
God is taking the best of rock, metal, and comedy, why isn't he taking at least one of "regueton" or electronic pop that doesn't make sense in music and lyrics?....i guess God is leaving the worst for last, and saving the best for a rocktober fest in heaven...i hope that they are having the best time of their life up there.. ^^

I think you're totally right dude, corey is the guy who fucking owns everyone in vocals and then those little kid's who've seen pshychosocial on tv just cuz the jonas brothers where there when it premierd they think they are hard core slipknot fans well i'm glad someone else has the same opnion as me. later

Correct me if Im wrong, but Im pretty sure this instrumental is just a really good cover. Thats what i heard, and I can kind of believe it since it sounds slightly different than any other of the good quality Psychosocial instrumentals on RUclips.
@alan517815 pfff, qe tonteria, a mi me gusta slipknot, pero a mi me gusta mas the rev, porque tocaba de una forma mas especial, y mas genial qe joey (para mi)
@ReflexMLG Well, complete shit is a bit of an overstatement. I'm guessing you don't like A7X, but that doesn't really mean he was a bad drummer. Anyway, satisfy my curiosity, who's eric carr? lol. No idea who the fuck that is.
Play in 1.5x for and play DOOM'93
Lol, its true
Oh shit.
Brilliant!
Can't stop head banging 😆
Ya
I didn't even realize how much impact Corey's growl has on the total composition

Just my opinion. Just saying...
@@robremorse this sounds more like from a master multi track (maybe guitar hero etc.) without the vocal track so it sounds more raw.

2:16 is my favorite
is that solo
The instrumentals are fun to listen to but the vocals ultimately make up the "meat" of Slipknot
completely agree. Slipknot without the passion and ferocity the lyrics bring just isn't Slipknot.
Some Person it’s good vithout Vocals less poppy, it’s metal without vocals
Fuck yeah they do.....my aggression doesn't kick in until the vocals start! ..
i still beat meat
@@oots4790 everybody do me a favour and shut the fuck up
This feels incomplete without corey's guteral Growls. :(
It sounds better without vocals.
@@axel1562 no man. Wtf . Just fry scream. 😂 are u nuts?
Its teenage nu metal, man. Theres no gutteral vocals in Slipknot at all. Listen to slam death and compare ;)

Actual chad
We need this in Killing Floor 2
I actually agree on this one
Ayumiyu it can possible put the song in the game?
I also want this in DOOM. Next Killing Floor and DOOM game should have Slipknot, Korn, and System of a Down, with other awesome bands

Great one! Please make more Slipknot stuff!
i love this rhythm
This has got to be Slipknots best song instrumentally.
sounds soft without vocals
Patrick PatPat I agree, still really good though.
Sounds the other way around to me.
Crazy how vocals can complete a track sonically
