As a fellow greifer troll myself I admire your work! Your skill and efficiency at utilizing many unused methods to eradicate trollers and griefers is beyond impressive. I personally use an Akula to sneak up on them, kill them, and then run away. I repeat this whenever they feel safe until the paranoia or rage makes them leave.
I only play closed sessions nowadays but one of the last times I played online I was griefed at the auto shop and I got stuck with this guy who only wanted to shoot players and run. I switched to passive and watched this loser shoot at my ghost for 5 minutes, mind you I did nothing to start this, then out of the blue, a B11 came down and shredded him and his oppressor. He had the gull to send me a text saying "do u thnk ur jet bro can save you lol." He then proceeded to get killed by that B11 for the next 15min before quitting. It wasnt you flying up there, but your a damn hero for going after these stains on the community
One thing you can do for the ultralight is actually a different way to hold the controller. You wanna sort of curl your index finger over the X button (A button on Xbox), that way, your thumb is still free to move the camera with.

This is one of my favorite things to do not sure if others do it too. I've had cargo and heist setups slowed down or destroyed by griefers. So if the lobby is somewhat full I will just hop off my MC or CEO, go passive, drive to my apartment, turn off passive, then set a bounty on whoever griefed me then spectate their screen with the apartment TV. Watch everyone else in the lobby swarm to kill them. Sometimes they'll keep killing the griefer even after they take the bounty.
Watch kruddykamikaze's videos with the ultralight. It's also pretty good at flying vertical so you can fly straight up to get away from choppers and then swoop back down to avoid getting locked on.
