Living alone at a young age teaches you responsibility and patience no matter the negative you might feel lonely all the time but it's better than living in a house where you are not appreciated and criticized every day

@GeneYeses If you work all day you can stop by at the end of the day and bring flowers or something small in your hand whether it's food or inexpensive items Spend some time talking to them and asking about their condition If they seem upset, no matter what you do to make them happy it might not work Don't engage in too many heated discussions or take their words too seriously just spend some time with them because eventually they will grow up and may not be able to meet their needs It's best to help them so you don't feel guilty or regretful in the end as they will just be a part of your life for a while and will become memories

@@8XL I think everyone needs to live alone for a few years at least at one point in their lives. I think it can only be depressing if you don't have other homes you can go to like parents, grandparents, siblings or close friends. (Not saying it's depressing without that, just that eliminates the depressing bit... I don't even believe in depression and I think it's a mindset and a choice.)

Very much depends on the reasoning behind why you are alone in the first place.
These people are not monks who go to the forest alone to find silence.
We are not solitary animals, the opposite is true.
People who just say this have no idea how it is to really live alone.
They always had a person but never realized that that person was there.

But what's stopping you from volunteering out in the community, going to social events, casually talking to people in public, finding clubs for the stuff/hobbies you like? Don't lock yourself up in an imaginary cage, the world is open for you.

    • @iamaxi5584
      @iamaxi5584 Месяц назад

Exactly as @viktorepifanov7138 says, you mention that you've gotten used to this life, but have you ever asked yourself what you've done-or tried to do-to escape a lonely life? I'm not saying we should avoid solitude altogether; being alone is sometimes necessary. However, it's important to check in with yourself and ask: "Have I truly made an effort to change my situation and not remain lonely?"
For instance, if you go running every day at a nearby track, you're likely to see some of the same people there regularly. Start with something simple-just saying "hi" or "hello." Over time, you can gradually extend these interactions, finding people you connect with better and having more meaningful conversations. Eventually, you might be invited-or you could take the initiative to invite others-to do something fun, like going to a pub, playing games, or spending time together on the weekend.
The key is to reflect honestly on whether you've done everything you can to build connections. I'm certain there are still steps you haven't tried, and I hope the coming year brings you many new achievements and opportunities to connect with others.

I had a girlfriend who betrayed me, and the other girls I tried to have a relationship with just laughed at me. At about the age of 30, I stopped trying to have a relationship. All my buddies and friends live the lives of family people and I have nothing in common with them. I just live and work. to provide for parents and nephews. I just wake up, work, and go back to sleep. I'm just afraid to trust anyone and always expect betrayal.

Living alone has advantages but also drawbacks depending on your situation.
I had significant difficulties in managing to get my own apartment because of my relatively low income and ethnic background, all while living at home in a broken household with fights all the time. So when I finally got my apartment it lifted tons of stress of my mind but I started living on my own at a relatively late age which comes with new kinds of stress because of all the stuff I had to learn besides getting other parts of my life together.
Negative experiences in the past made me isolate myself from other people. I currently don't have friends or family and am just focused on working towards financial stability and maybe genuine friendship.
What I want to say is that living alone can elevate you or it can lead you down a downward spiral if you're already going through it and don't have social support.

Word of advice as someone who was in a similar situation worried about paying rent a few years back, sign up as food courier (Both Uber eats and Deliveroo) on the side. You don't need to do cardio workouts anymore and there's some good money in them if you learn to be quick and efficient with your rides + you can make good side cash. Keep it up.

    for the cooking part:
when u make pasta, take 3/4 little tomatoes and a bit of cooking water (acqua di cottura=traslate from italian) and put it together in on other pan and let the tomatoes become soft and squishee, .... oil and salt = natural condiment
    love from italy

Hi! One recommendation for a simple pasta sauce! (Its an old family recipe actually!) If you have a blender, just throw some cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, pinch of salt, and youre good to go! Its one of my faves to have on pasta, and very healthy.

For the pasta sauce just mix crushed canned tomatoes/blended fresh tomatoes, choped garlic, minced onion, salt, pepper, and olive oil, optionally you can use chili flakes too.
