    I am new to reefing and Dave has been nothing but helpful in answering my noob questions and share his wisdom and unique perspectives. I have been to pretty much every reef shops in metro Melbourne and you'd be surprised by the snobby attitude of some shop owners, which I have not come across before in the fresh-water side of the hobby. Dave is definitely up there at the top when it comes to customer service, not to mention quite a nice selection of corals and fishes! Highly recommend it!

      he's a top bloke with no shortage of knowledge for sure! I was in exactly the same position as you ten years ago, trying on for size all the melbourne fish stores before finding DeerPark. Best choice I ever made :)

    It would be nice to see some hiding spaces for those fish, but regardless they look like healthy specimens.

      @ParkersReef  2 года назад +1

      Most of them were sold over the weekend to their forever homes, so they have plenty of hiding space there :)

    • @ParkersReef
      @ParkersReef  2 года назад +1

      I'd find a retailer who is an expert in them and can guide you through what you need, what would be good and what is not necessary. I'm no apex expert unfortunately, but there are plenty out there who are that can guide you :)

      @@ParkersReef sorry thankyou for the reply got busy with the kids yesterday, one question is are the coralcare 2.4ghz same as most reef gear and are they bluetooth once on app please ?? I do have wifi but its abit unpredictable and i prefer bluetooth hence my first question, 2nd question, in Your opinion are they are solid sps led not including all the other lighting on your reef, i am not bothered about them being t5 like and no shimmer just good wrap around lighting not as much shading and enough par to keep them in a redsea 300xl :)

    • @ParkersReef
      @ParkersReef  2 года назад +1

      @@bopeep7806 the controller has bluetooth, wifi and usb connectivity. To be honest, once you've built a schedule (which is super easy to do) you don't change it and therefore never need to connect again anyway. I actually haven't tried the bluetooth so I couldn't say what it is like, but wifi and usb works fine. I believe the wifi is 2.4ghz only.
      They are a solid SPS led for sure, excellent spread - more than any other LED I've seen in person.
