When I accept a call while wearing buds their volume is lowered and after disconnecting with call the music too plays on low audios what's this problem??

Firstly, go to bluetooth settings, click on buds ensure the call, media options enabled.
if not works then try below methods
there is two type of volume - media volume & call volume
just make sample call - during that time +/- call volume
during play music, video in phone - that time +/- volume
also, in volume settings, in the volume bar at bottom when increase volume there check media volume is high
