Black and Decker Sander Repair and Tear Down BOLTR

BOLTR, In this video we tear down a Black and Decker orbital Sander that is giving me trouble. It was bound for the garbage but I brought it back to life and I will show you how. I'll also make some repairs to things the previous owner messed up. The previous owner gave up and threw it away but I brought it back to life!
