You were literally 25 miles untested from where I call home. Damn being a truck driver sucks sometimes. Would loved to have been there. Panchero’s is a guilty pleasure in the Midwest. It’s a great pleasure that no one is guilty about. The big national chain can’t compete...
Mexican food is one of the things that I refuse to give up. I try to eat as healthy as humanly possible. BUT, when I get a craving for Mexican, my diet takes a back seat. Great job on another delicious looking challenge.

Only an hr and 30 from Iowa city, the closest pancheros to is in Burlington iowa and after seeing this video I’ll definitely have to go try it. Have been wanting to for a long time now

Really only the tortillas are bad for you. Most everything else is fresh meat and veggies. Tortillas have alot of carbs.
