How do you get your boys to go to sleep on their own like that? Mine just screams for hours if I don’t hold him until he falls asleep and I have sleep trained him 3 times. My pediatrician just told me “some kids just need to cry before sleep”
Ew I simply don’t listen to my pediatricians when it comes to sleep lol. I trust some things they say but not others. Sleep has been a HUGE issue for us. I threw my hands up and I put my kids to bed an hour earlier (7) and I play a movie in their room. By 8:30 they’re passed out. Everyone says tv creates bad sleep habits and I won’t argue with that but this is the only thing that’s worked for us. Otherwise Darin will scream for hours and nobody will sleep. I also put up a gate in front of his door so we can keep his door open without him leaving the room. Almost every night I go up there he closes the door anyway🤣 Every child is different. I can answer this more in depth in my Q&A!

Hey just wanted to comment I had a brother that was autistic and they would be a teacher that comes everyday to our house. He didn’t talk at all before now he doesn’t stop talking. If you ever want to improve your son from talking I recommend doing that. Ps ❤ ur videos. Your a great mom and you inspire me.
We have teachers come every week multiple times a week!💗 we’re currently on a waiting list for a speech therapist now that he’s at the pre school level. There a huge shortage of speech therapists where I live 😥

Yes I STUNNED at how heavy 🤣 but I’m able to lift it now. It’s the best “baby” item I’ve ever owned. I couldn’t do half the things I do without it!

She said he does Occupational Therapy.
Darins currently on a waiting list to be evaluated for autism. He was receiving Speech and help from a special education teacher but currently there aren't enough teachers at the preschool level so were waiting for availability! currently he's only receiving occupational therapy☺

How do you get your babies to sleep in the bassinet? Mine only wants to sleep on us or co sleep. She is only a week old so that’s what she knows but do I just let her cry it out until she gets used to sleeping in the bassinet?
Why would you let a week old baby cry it out? You are going to make your baby stressed and sad. She's just a week old. She needs to feel your warmth and smell. She wants to be with you, use a baby wrap during the day and try to swaddle her at night. I would not recommend to sleep in the same bed with a newborn as it increases the risk of SIDS. Take care!
I definitely wouldn’t let a newborn cry it out. They recommend using that method around 6 months. The first few months are really hard because baby needs to be with you. Try to nurse or feed as often as you can and then put baby down. She might also have colic or reflux and doesn’t like laying flat.
I don’t normally comment but we found sleep to be so challenging for the first couple of weeks then we tried putting her down sleepy but awake so in a drowsy state but don’t rush into any routine or stress too much if she doesn’t sleep on her own yet, make the most of those new born cuddles 🥰
babies are so different. my first lived basically in the carrrier on us for the first months while the second was quite happy most days to sleep in his bed or a stroller. Babies need the parent to feel save and for most babies that means they want to be hold and carried around all the time. baby wraps and carriers are perfect for that :)

I highly recommend you to stop asking for a kiss and then give them sweets. They should not be forced to kiss you to get sweets.
First.. toddlers have selective hearing. Literally. This was told to me from a speech therapist. So secondly.. when I was asking for a kiss and all they were looking at was the cake pop they couldn’t hear me… tunnel vision on the cake pops.. That’s why when they finally mad eye contact with me they gave me a kiss. If they didn’t want to kiss me they would have thrown a fit or Hudson would have said no. Which I would’ve respected the boundary. I’m not making them kiss me for sweets???🤣🤣 what the heck lol. I hate that I have to explain myself lol
