You should review a Real Minero mezcal. The Largo is remarkable, but all Real Mineros are amazing.

So what would be your preferred way to drink this? What type of cocktail would you make?
Because of its cost, id probably stay away from most cocktails. I had it the other night on a large cube of ice and that hit the spot. If you really wanted to make a drink, maybe a tequila old fashioned, orange bitters no angostura, sub agave nectar for simple syrup. Itd make a great paloma too though..

It's good as a little floater on top of a margarita, otherwise I would sip it straight out of a tequila glass...it's ok to add a little water to it since it's 48-49% ABV
It’d be a sin to mix this wonderful liquid IMO.

I have 2 bottles of Mezcal that I have not opened yet. "El Recuerdo De Oaxaca" mezcal joven with a slight tint and "Zignum" mezcal reposado seems to have been in a barrel.
Never heard of those, where did u get them?

That is industry made mezcal not like Handmade Del Maguey.Zignum is like the coca cola version of Mezcal.
