Rockman.EXE 4.5 In a Nutshell
it almost looks like you had frame skip enabled in the emulator, it makes the audio and video kinda hard to enjoy.
So this is what Battle Network would be like through the P.O.V. of the other friendly characters.

how did you get in game save to last as far as ng+++ mine always save error so i cant 100%

If you mod the game to have non-soul navis on your side of the field, they actually work. Laserman is a fucking boss, rips every other boss a new asshole, Bass included.
Sadly this only works in red sun 💔
But the game loaded with Blue Moon
