To get annilhape follow the video as shown... if you don't have opponent to battle...battle with team go rocket grunts having psychic pokemon.. make sure your mankey or primeape is your buddy
U can we battle team Rocket grunts who uses ghosts and psychic type Pokemon to evolve
Anything u battle against ghost- psychic will works
