It's incredibly difficult to even comprehend how deeply painful one feels, when the person they loved and trusted more than anyone else, betrayed them in such a calculated and callous manner. If this has happened to you, I pray that God will heal your heart in miraculous ways, and His love will overwhelm you.

Unfortunately this is my 2nd x with the same guy, went out for a few yrs broke up n now we've been together 7 almost 8 years and just broke up recently, he's found someone that will accept his drug use, I stuck by him through rehab and other unfortunate events but I can't anymore, he became emotionally and physically abusive which re-affirms the fact that he doesnt love me anymore & he's in love with someone else. He denies it but he disappears for hrs has ridiculous excuses, he just won't end it with me but his love is somewhere else. If could give any advice to women out there or men if you start to see the same traits or habits that have happened prior, walk away with some pride and dignity!! Know that you are worthy of being loved again.
Been spared of the pain of romantic betrayal. The men I've loved were the sweetest and kindest--and we remain friends to this day. But i'm totally mesmerized by your post and how your spirituality must have helped you tremendously. Be well and be happy.
