Tropical Storm Warning for Puerto Rico. Future Tropical Storm Ernesto.

A tropical storm warning has been issued for Puerto Rico in the 11:00 AM bulletin. This comes after the track was adjusted further west and over the island. Tropical storm conditions will affect Puerto Rico from Tuesday night and extend through Thursday.
