  • This video outlines my 1969 Clubman, produced by little known but increasingly appreciated Australian manufacturer Canstel.
It is equipped with a 1.6-litre Ford 1600 Kent Crossflow engine with twin Weber carburetors, driving the rear wheels via a four-speed manual gearbox. I hope this video shows how the car performs brilliantly and as you'd expect is great fun to drive.
My car has a competition history dating back to the early 90's with dashboard plaques outlining at active past. I purchased it in 2018 from Sydney and shipped the vehicle to Melbourne. Genuine twin DCOE 40 Weber Carbies, new alternator, cams approved roll bar (with integrated stop light), side screens have been installed in my ownership. The car has independent rear suspension, front discs, and a hydraulic clutch.
Being a low, light and purposeful driver’s car, the interior is somewhat sparse. This is a rare car from a small manufacturer with a growing cult following, this 1969 Canstel Clubman is a great base of a lightweight driver’s machine. I hope you enjoy the Video! If you did please like and subscribe. Thank your for your ongoing support.

I could sense a connection to this car! I think this car would be a [it already is!] a collectable! This a rare car, you don't find it in every shelf, and it's not a car many classic lovers have seen from a close distance. What makes this more exotic is it's in Australia, it's homeland! Great content, keep it up!

Do you know how many owners this car had and how much does it worth now?
