Thanks for the video. I need to cut a ton of cardstock hexagons since paper pouches are so hard to find right now but was worried about it sticking to the mat. This video helped so much again thanks.

If you want to cut an image with lots of separate parts you can keep the waste, place it where you want the design to be then place the actual cut pieces in the correct spaces like a puzzle piecing idea. It can be time consuming but is a way to get stuff in its correct place.

Good video! I use painter’s tape to hold my paper and vinyl on the mat…I haven’t tried no mat yet & I been using a Sil machine since the SD 😆. I got my Cameo 4 Christmas 2021 & love it, almost feel bad for my SD which is still running.
I do the double cut in two runs as I found sometimes it didn’t follow the design exactly (though that could be because my SD was getting old & I’ve never tried it with the 4). I did just figure out how to avoid double cutting the score lines…ungroup after the first cut round then “no cut” the score lines! I find the double cuts of the score lines tend to make them fragile & tend to become tear lines.

Can you use the print and cut feature on vinyl? Can you use the Cameo 3 to cut fabric for applique or quilt designs? If so, will you please make a video on it?

Would Glad Press n’ Seal work? I Would think you could place it on top of the intricate cut image, then remove it and place it on the paper. I’m new to scrapbooking and the Silhouette. Just an idea

What type of paper do you use ? And where to get them ? The one I got from Amazon are Astrobrights , not to heavy. Not happy with them

I have a couple of questions, can the score lines be made smaller? They looked quite big on the crayon so wonder if this is setting or a default that can be changed? Also do you have to send each colour separately and go back to the mat to cut the next colour and so on? On the Cricut I can say make it and it will put each colour on its own mat but once I’m at that stage I don’t need to go back to the mat for each colour so it’s easy to just go through each mat colour in order. Thanks in advance
