*ingredient
200g beef
500g radish
100g green onion
1L water
500ml kelp water
2t sesame oil
1 t minced garlic
1 t roasted salt
1T soy sauce
1/2 t salt
1. Cut the radish into 5mm slices.
2. Blanch the beef in boiling water for 1 minute (remove the meat)
3. Add roasted salt, minced garlic, and sesame oil to slightly cooled beef and season well.
4. Put radish and seasoned beef in a heated pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
5. Add 1L of water and soup soy sauce and boil over medium-high heat for 10 minutes (remove the foam at this time for a cleaner taste)
6. Add 500ml of kelp broth and white part of green onion. When it boils, close the lid and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
7. Season with the green part of the green onion and salt and finish (Pepper to your liking)
