That’s why In my opinion tm motorcycles are the best, there Italian, 2 stroke e start and fuel injected and have there kickstarter all on one bike so you don’t have an issue if your battery dies, same with there 4 strokes I believe
My clutch went out in my Volkswagen rabbit and I used to bump start it and then as long as you don't completely stopped you can just keep shifting gears in and out it was fun for a while remember I was a teenager

you can do this on anything manual. I used to have to push my car back to the end of my driveway, get it rolling & pop the clutch in second but it always worked
Can always bump start a bike even if you’re solo. Second gear and drop the clutch. People talking about needing backup kickers, not necessary if you know what you’re doing and don’t have an auto clutch.
I have always been a fan of the good old bump start. I have started everything from my first 50cc all the way up to a farm tractor. but it doesn't work on anything with an automatic transmission, ask me how I know 😂
Btw doing thus with no battery could definitely blow up your charging system because it has no where to go with tbe voltage it can go over 20v without aby battery in it

I gotta 1989 Honda trx 250r 2 stroke race quad it has a Paul turner race kit so it’s as a modded carb so I have to have it towed behind a truck at 30 mph and I’m 2nd gear to get it started lol
I beg to differ. 2010 rmz250 first year for 250f fuel incject. No battery. Has fuel pump. Kicking It charges the magneto through the stator and then you get charge. Real mother Fer to get started after sitting for winter having to recharge through the kick starter.

Kick start every time, no bullshit battery or sensors or starters all these new things are just major fail points. @blainesellars1548 as long as it doesn't need power compression isn't that bad. U don't coast start in first. Do it in high gear!
If you’re stuck by yourself push it up a hill and roll down and do the same thing.
Or just put it in neutral, coast it, and pop the clutch after putting it in 2nd.
