The general public, sadly, has lost faith in the judiciary. The play that's going on in the Supreme Court leaves a bad taste in the mouth. The judicial system is required to be seen just and balanced.

Judges should focus on completuon of pending cases instead of fighting with the govt.

The current legal scene that the people witness there in the Supreme Court is not at all appreciable.
The supreme judges of the Supreme Court must always have to be balanced and just.
They need to have the guts to deliver justice without tilting in favour of the influencible advocates, persons or government. Only then the lost faith in the judiciary can be restored.

Too bad he was quiet when his son was SC Judge. Anyways, Better late than never. Time to Abolish Collegium & this entire Senior designation of Advocates System which is nothing but a legalized apartheid. They both must be dumped in the dustbin.
