No rhetoric or exaggeration
Be serious minded in Courts
Understand the judges
Only say stories against you
9. One may be very angry and very wrong

11) proper calling of judges, justices, Senior Law officers according to their rank & respect
12) Always be respectful towards the Judges & Justices,
Always give dignity to judicial officers bcz Judicial system works on a mutual respect relationship between bar and bench,
13) don't criticise the judge, outside the court & even

Talk less reflect more
Great Loss. But his words will stay. I chose to hear this lecture today, in respect and reverence of this great luminary.

This lecture is a treasure. Every lawyer, Judge should listen to this lecture. It is always a privilege to listen to Mr Nariman.. be it Fali or Rohinton. India is blessed to have this two geniuses.

English , updated with case laws, parkison law more work more , more envolve more maza , no to salary , prepare facts and see all type of qs , take time to reflect after case is prepare , 24 h cases should be always in mind, dont give overrule case, dont quaral with your opponents, dont critize the judge

Respected Sirs,
You all are appreciate yourselves promoting within Judicial circle. We as common man ashamed about Indian judicial system today. It has detoriated to very low level. Political influence has infiltrated at many level. Justice is far to reach poor and under privileged. Starting from lower court to supreme court, many verdicts are controversial, unethical and against Law.
Arab Goswami can get access to Supreme court and can get bail within few days!
While even former home minister had to wait for several months.
Babri Masjid verdict has brought a clear picture about Indian judicial system. Again feel ashamed about Indian judicial system. We lost respect to these so call Lords who has to answer to real Lord one day!!!
We need great reformation in Indian Judicial system which is at decomposed state now.
