Just a mini book haul for you with a little baking. Also showing a little bit of what we had for Magh Bihu celebration. It was a small celebration at home so nothing much to show. 🤧😂

Vanilla Pound Cake:
Recipe:
-2 eggs
-1 cup sugar (180 gram granulated)
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-1 cup All purpose flour (140 gram)
-1 tsp baking powder
-pinch of salt
-1/2 cup warm milk
-1 tbsp melted butter
-vanilla
170•C for 40 minutes
