Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. Mr. Ghamidi is a researcher and a critical thinker who has challenged many aspects of the traditional Muslim schools of thought on the basis of evidence from Quran and sunnah.

یہ بات بالکل عین عقل کے مطابق ہے کہ جس طرح شادی کا ایک باقاعدہ نظام اور طریقہ ہے اسی طرح طلاق کا بھی نظام ہونا چاہیئے۔ اگر کوئی مرد اور عورت یہ کہہ دیں کہ انہوں نے آپس میں شادی کر لی ہے تو یہ کافی نہیں سمجھا جاتا اسی طرح طلاق کے معاملےمیں بھی باقاعدہ نظام ہونا چاہیئے۔ طلاق کوئی مذاق نہیں ہے لیکن خاص طور پر پاکستان اور ہندوستان میں اسے ایک مذاق بنا دیا گیا ہے اور مرد اسے عورت کو دبانے کے لئے ایک ہتھیار کے طور پر استعمال کرتے ہیں۔
اللّٰہ تعالیٰ غامدی صاحب کی کوشش قبول فرمائے آمین

He must explain what were the reasons anc circumstances for Hz. Umer's administrative decision to consider the three divorces as three. Why the decision and choice of such great sahaabi and ruler like Hz. Umer can be assumed as void now
In us and canada the rule is that the property of the family will be devided in half. But in Islam it is not so. This is big problem in muslim marriage in canada.

پاکستان میں بھی اکثریت فقہ حنفی کے ماننے والوں کی ہے لیکن قانون بنانے والوں نے اس کے خلاف قانون بنایا ہوا ہے
بالکل ایسا ھی ھے۔ لیکن بے ایمان ملاوں نے حلالہ کے چکر میں اس کو مشکوک بنا دیا ھے
کیوں کہ یہ تین طلاق قرآن کے خلاف ہے
جو ہوا کی طرح دستیاب ہو اسے صوفی کہتے ہیں

طلاق کا قانون ایک مسلمان کے لئے بلکل اسی طرح ہے جیسے قرآن میں درج ہے یعنی پوری زندگی میں تین بار۔ ہر قانون کا انصاف پر ہونا ضروری ہے ورنہ وہ قانون نہیں ہوسکتا ۔ہاں اگر میں مسلکی مسلمان ہوں تو پھر جو دل میں آ ے وہ کر گذریں ۔لیکن اس کے نتائج بہت ہی خطرناک ہیں ۔ حلالہ کہاں سے وجود پذیر ہوا اسی مسلکی راستے سے ۔سماج میں خواتین کے ساتھ جو طلاق کے حوالے سے ظلم ہوا ہے کیا اللہ کے ہاں اس قبول کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ استغفِرُاللہ
عالم نہ ہوتے ہوئے خود کو عالم سمجھنا گناہ ھے، اور خطرناک جرم ھے۔

عالم تو ہر ایک نہیں ہوسکتا لیکن عقل تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہر شخص کو دی ہے اور صحیح و غلط کا شعور ودیعت کیا ہے
یعنی اللہ او رسول اللہ صلعم کا حکم نہیں تھا اور حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کا انتظامی فیصلہ تھا
Shia isna ashari roze awwal se Qur'an ki ayt ke mutabiq Amal karte hai.
Afsos Jo log qiyas aur istehsan ke mutabiq Amal karte hai zillat ke siwaye kuch hasil nahi hota.
Talaq ke masale me bhi Qur'an ke mutabiq Amal karte hai.
پاکستان میں تو طلاق کا قانون ڈکٹیٹر کا بنایا ہوا ہے
تمام اہلِ سنت والجماعت حنفی، مالکی، شافعی، حنبلی مسلمان شرعی مسائل اور قرآن و سنت کی تشریحات اور دینی تعلیمات سے آگاہی صرف اپنے اہلِ سنت والجماعت حنفی، مالکی، شافعی، حنبلی علماء ہی سے حاصل کریں۔
Khut makes a document so Ghamdi sahebs argument is poor. Rasullah sent letters and many people use letters to convey their opinion. This letter is not only for educating polititions but also genral public. Such public leters are very useful and talking them is almost useless.
The another answer about the remarriage of prophets wife was also very week. In my opinion if someone will mary such women then there was a chance that this lady may distort the teaching of the prophet being in influence of his new family.
