    I'm from Columbus, GA but my mom moved us to Gwinnett for a better life. I have many "family members" who are jealous of me because of it. They see what I worked hard for as an Army veteran and hate on it instead of doing better for themselves. This story is the exact reason why I stay far away from Columbus and from my jealous "family" because of how dangerous it is to be around misery. When people aren't happy with their lives they'll do anything to destroy yours. Like Claressa Shields said, "My family doesn't want what I give them, they want what I have."

    As a former police officer, watching this video brings tears to my eyes how brutally this man's family was murdered. You can tell looking at the home and acreage the family was financially well off. This had to be a premeditated killing in which the killer knew something about the families wealth or a family member in the home. That is my police instinct after only watching just 2 minutes of the video. I immediately ruled the father out simply by listening to his testimony and his distraught behavior during the interrogation interview after the loss of his family. Detectives are well trained on identifying people when they are lying.

If your blood relative did this to you, that makes it that much worse. Because the idea that a blood relative could do this to their own family member is beyond belief. The fact that a close family friend who you thought of as a family member did it is horrible as well. But apparently, the perpetrator did not see them as family, even though they saw him as family. Two things that struck me. How Javarceay could be so calm and quiet through all those interviews while hiding so much hate and jealousy underneath. He thought, at 17, he could outsmart the detectives. I hope he gets a very rude awakening behind bars. Then, at the end, to hear the sister say how her little girl pretends that her cousins are still alive and 'plays' with them is beyond heartbreaking.

    This young kid Jervarceay thought he was smarter than the average Bear, he really thought he could convince the detective that he was not that type of person. I have seen kids like this. I have spoken with kids like this. Passive aggressive, slightly antagonistic, telling the detectives to do his job casually, getting close making eye contact, making jokes. Absolutely horrible and heartbreaking. After working in criminal court for 20+ years, I'm not shocked and thought minutes into this video there was a jealousy element. You really have to keep anyone away that you feel has this trait, especially if they value stuff. The guy told his cellmate he would kill them again if he could. I believe him and feel this was also about a deep hatred for them. What a devastating loss for these families. My heart goes out to them all. 😢

    Wow that was chilling. When you're moving about in your daily life, or at home (!) remember there are people with this level of depravity and indifference among us. Be ready.

    45:24 what I don’t understand is the amount of jealousy one can have over a family member who NEVER had a choice in the way they were raised. I deal with this right now. I am going to give context to this situation while TRYING MY HARDEST TO NOT MAKE IT ABOUT ME. I am thirteen years younger than my oldest sister; nine years younger than my middle sister. I (at the time) was the youngest as well as the only child. All of my cousins besides two are older than me. When MOST people grow up in this circumstance only grown up with having a favorite cousin or maybe a couple of favorites. I will never get the feeling of being sooo envious of a family member that you will take their life for what they have ZERO CONTROL IN. I can see the home the victim grew up in , the Christmas afforded to Caleb with several gaming consoles. Expensive shoes meaning a certain status for a teenager who has BOTH OF HIS PARENTS. I can truly relate to the victim being brought up in a well-to-do home that was raised as ’spoil’ having no idea how much jealousy & envy is circling me like sharks 🦈. A valuable lesson learned for anyone who knows the victim. Never be quick to show off your lifestyle to others who don’t have what you are afforded to have. Sad.

    What made Jacarceay Tapley think that he was going to get away with this ??? 🤔
    The way he was talking to the detectives seems like he has done other stuff before and got away with it ....js ...

      He was laughing, having casual conversation, yawning...thinking he would walk free, after this horrific killing of his own family. So evil... no remorse whatsoever. Glad the other guys were charged too. THEY ARE EVIL!

    The nerve of Javarceay talking about he’s ready to go bc he has school in the morning and he’s sleepy. Then concerned he’s going to get “poked” when they took his DNA sample. All of this concern about his own well-being when he murdered 3 people, including a little girl! And for him to be just 17! Evil gave him a false sense of maturity in a way bc he’s lying and communicating with the detectives like a pro. Smh! Evil!

      No monies and probable cause. He most likely was lying anyway. They couldn’t take his word for his level of involvement. Sucks but that’s the reality of these situations.

    • @angelique00angelique
      @angelique00angelique 12 часов назад +7

      At the end it said he lied about some parts. He said they walked there but they rode on a moped. And the jailhouse snitch said the leader guy said they were going to kill the lookout. So, there’s probably more evidence that he didn’t just accidentally involved waiting outside like he said but was part of it and knew what was happening and his role was the lookout.

      Also, he took a plea deal. He probably had a lawyer and the plea deal made more sense than going to trial.

    • @guccilady1017

      It wasn’t about the shoes. It was the envy in his heart. I can imagine it reached a level of obsession. Almost as if he saw Caleb living a life that was supposed to be his life! He wanted thy family that home the opportunities Caleb had. Even beyond the material things. He did not want Caleb to have what he didn’t not have. Evil!

    My father was always reticent of his side of the family. Taught us to keep a safe distance from them. Not that they would be violent, but that if you granted them a request, they would be back for another one, and another one. Eventually they would become a nuisance. My mother always wants us to commiserate with our cousins and hang out.
    Just because they are blood, doesn't mean you should be close. You never truly know how they feel and what liberties they will take with you because of relation. I'm glad I took after my father on this one.
