I didn’t realize how spoiled I was growing up going to HEB with my mama here in Austin, TX. I’d have a very tough time adjusting to shopping anywhere else… prices are great, especially compared to Whole Foods which is the other local option. So glad HEB is only 5 mins away. And yes, Blue Bell is amazing!!! A true Texas staple.
It's called H E B. Not heb. It's named after the original owners grandson Howard Edward Butt. Also as far the queso they picked up the classic version is the best one. They're absolutely right Butter Pecan Blue Bell ice cream is fantastic.
Hey Darren and G, I don't live there and I have never been there before, but what about going to Boston when you guy's come back to the U.S. You could fly into Boston and maybe take a road trip to Buffalo NY to try some authentic Buffalo wings since I know your last trip here was pretty short. Or fly into where I live and visit Chicago, it will still be nice and warm here in September. Then you can try Italian Beef Sandwiches, Chicago style hot dogs, deep dish pizza, tavern style pizza, and Maxwell Street Polish Sausages.
My favorite Blue Bell Ice Cream flavors are ..... - Bride's Cake (An Almond flavored ice cream, with white cake pieces, surrounded by a rich Amaretto cream-cheese icing swirl) - Salted Caramel Brownie (A creamy Vanilla ice cream, combined with chocolate brownie pieces, and a salted caramel swirl) - Gooey Butter Cake (A Cake Batter flavored ice cream, combined with a sweet cream-cheese swirl, and rich gooey butter cake pieces) - Mint Chocolate Chip (A green Mint flavored ice cream with large chocolate chips) - Southern Blackberry Cobbler (A blackberry flavored ice cream, with a blackberry sauce swirl, and flaky pie crust pieces) - Red Velvet Cake (A Red Velvet Cake ice cream, with pieces of Red Velvet Cake, and a sweet cream cheese-icing swirl) - The Great Divide (Half the tub is Dutch Chocolate, and the other half is Homemade Vanilla) Unfortunately, all of those flavors, except The Great Divide, are "seasonal" flavors. So, we can only get them at certain times of the year. However, they do have standard flavors that you can get year-round.
I regularly make my own tortillas, but honestly it's not worth it when I can just go to HEB and get these. They are exactly like homemade but with butter instead of lard
You should do Pennsylvania....Cheesesteaks Penn St. Football....Buffalo Wings. I know you've been to Philadelphia but Penn St Football game would blow your minds
My favorite HEB ice cream is the Starry Night. Its delicious. I like Blue Bell too and i live an hour and 20 mins east of the factory in East Texas. But HEB makes good ice cream too
Leave the Cowboy Cookies unsealed overnight and they'll be perfect the next day. Much softer. You can still have them with coffee or milk, but also without.
North Carolina is good because we have such a great diversity of landscapes - beach, foothills, city, mountains - 4-6 hours and you could drive through it all! We absolutely love Bojangles, a food chain only in certain states and started in NC (fries are extremely salty and dry, have to dip them, done like that because we like them that way, reccommend the Honey Mustard, and get the 4 piece chicken tenders and biscuit/fries combo - the biscuits are amazing! - can be hit or miss sometimes on Bojangles, but generally good). Cheerwine is from here, Pepsi's home is North Carolina, the Wright Brothers flew in NC on the coast.
I'm a northern boy from a state that always has the heel of its boot on everyone's neck, so imagine my surprise when I went to San Antonio for business and there was an HEB next to my hotel. I couldn't believe it. They had a side pizzeria where you'd pay something ridiculously low like $8 for a full pizza and two beers - that was the special. You'd get your first beer immediately, go drink it out on the picnic-like patio, then in ten minutes you'd go pick up your pizza and you'd have a ticket to claim your second beer. It was glorious. My local government would NEVER allow that. If not for the stifling heat, I'd move to San Antonio.
I'd recommend doing Boise, Idaho during the early to mid spring. Doing late spring to early autumn means you're risking dehydration. If you do come during the summer: hydrate even when you think you don't need to.
Missouri is a nice place to see, there is St. Louis, Kansas City, Branson, etc. Also has the sports teams professional and college, such as (American Football): Kansas City Chiefs (just off their Super Bowl win), Major League baseball (St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Royals), and college football Mizzou in Columbia Mo (midway between St. Louis and Kansas City). Plus it is within driving distance to other states nearby (Tennessee, Illinois, etc). 😊🏈⚾🥩
Whats poppin big dog daz. Just got back from Thailand. That place amazing. Sounds like i need to head back down to Texas again them snacks look hella fire
Mi Tienda has a tortilla factory in the store. Next time visit the Blue Bell factory in Brenham. They also ship around the U.S. My Costco has the 3 pack of Whataburger ketchup, 2 spicy and 1 regular. The Brits Joel and Lia did an HEB tour a few years back as well.
Why not fly into Austin and catch a UT football game while youre here? 105k strong in attendance and you could tailgate and try the best BBQ on the planet
No jolly, nooooo! Im a long time camper, and that toilet paper will clog the black (toilet) tank in a heartbeat and will be a disaster for whom ever has to drain it!😂They make special tp for rv's.
LOVE THIS MOVIE Its just weird when you realize Indy had no impact on the story itself. Take him out and the story would have eventually been the same with the badguys needing a little more time to get the job done.
Come to Alabama and visit the Space and Rocket Center! Wherever you go, have a great time. If you do come to Alabama, let me know I"ll meet you somewhere...
Boise, Idaho?😂 no one goes there on purpose, its beautiful but you arent out doors people. There will be zero for you to do! Shoot, come to Colorado, you wont be disappointed. ❤❤
I second that. Colorado has a bit more to offer than the outdoors. But they also seem more like east coast people, so maybe they should stick with North Carolina if they haven't been there yet.
I would avoid Idaho. It's pretty much a haven for the far right movement and hate groups. Plus you never hear anyone say they want to go to Boise, Idaho.
I want to visit Idaho for the outdoors. Politics has nothing to do with that. And I'm not sure what you mean by hate groups, but my guess is that you as a radical leftist classify anything far right as a hate group.

You guys lived in Texas a good while ago. HEB really stepped up their game since then.
H.E.B. Dominates here. I love it when people visit us here in Texas and enjoy what we have to offer.
I saw Jolly's video and all the other customers being helpful and friendly just made me think how typically Texan :)

Yes! Bride's Cake, Southern Blackberry Cobbler, and Buttercrunch are my favorite flavors of Blue Bell.
For those who don't like root beer here's a good replacement: Bluebell Cherry vanilla ice cream with Dr. Pepper. You're welcome.
4:50 My Mexican grandma used to make flour tortillas daily. You haven't lived if you haven't had a tortilla hot off the plancha with butter. Heavenly.
I regularly make my own tortillas, but honestly it's not worth it when I can just go to HEB and get these. They are exactly like homemade but with butter instead of lard

Pittsburgh as well!! Pittsburgh is so underrated

The one you called hummus was chicken salad according to the picture
Denver seems like a place that has something for all of you. Great comedy club to visit while you’re there as well.

H‑E‑B Sushi is freshly made in front of you. It’s probably still not great sushi compared to other places but I’m still a fan for what it is.
Yeah, it's not heb. It's H.E.B. 😉🥰
HEB has the sushi made right there as you're shopping
They don’t call it Sushi. Because it’s not authentic
They call it Sushya.
@@poohbearsmom2964
It’s Sushiya (a brand name) and they advertise it as sushi rolls on their menu.
Sushiya is just their brand name of sushi.

Great reaction y’all. I grew up in Texas , but the panhandle , so never been to a HEB
They dipped the tortillasbin rotisserie chicken salad
I couldn't exist outside of Texas because I love my local HEB!
It wasn't hummus. It was chicken salad. It's hard to read but the little graphic in the upper right showed what it was.
H-E-B is the best
I love Blue Bell. Rich and creamy. My favorite is vanilla bean. Yummy
Pittsburgh, PA!!
My wife and I shopped at an HEB on Saturday. We live in Dallas. First time being in one. Even for an American, it was overwhelming.
Whats poppin big dog daz. Just got back from Thailand. That place amazing.

Wonder why you went to Thailand 🤔

Never heard of this place. It's cool they make their own food there.
I’ve seen Chris Stapleton a few times here in Florida but have to agree the tix price has gone up so much I’m a pass myself.
New England go to New England, it only seems right 👍
Love me some Blue Bell coffee ice cream
I call it the HĒB (long E).
2:40 Actually cringed when Josh put tortilla chips in back of main cart, instead of top pull-out section 😮
Ashville N.C.
Yooo i make those rvs they traveled in lol

“ They have their own power grid” Nothing to brag about ! Ask all the Houston residents without power. How long without??!
I call it "The Butt." I need to go to "The Butt" to buy some kale.
If you're coming to the U.S. again, try to get out of the city an see small town America and some national or state parks
They have too much fun, don't they?
Eventually you HAVE to make Yellowstone!
May i suggest New Orleans
I'm surprised the boys are so slim lol
I think you should film yourselves having a few meals at quality Mexican or TexMex restaurants.
