Thank you so much Jamie. At last! I'm an older learner and had been grappling with this song( and others)all year. I was using A, E7, and D. Your version is much easier for me to do and you've included the strumming pattern which I was also having trouble with. Thank you for your great tuition. You have a great voice too. I love your videos. They've helped me a lot. Best wishes from London.
Dear Mrs Jamie. Am a beginner in guitar. Learning from you. I like your courses. Am from Mauritius. You have a nice voice. A good teacher. .. please teach me how to play O Holy night...Thks. Take care.

We must have the same vocal range, that's the key I do it in😉💖 Except I use a slightly more complex cord progression, with a minor 6 in the 1st sleep in heavenly peace part, and the appropriate 7th chords throughout😄💖
A minor 6th would be nice there, I'll have to tray that. I could've added the 7ths but wanted to make it as simple as possible since some of my subscribers are beginners. I like the key, too. Most arrangements that I've found are in keys better suited for male voices so I simply transposed it.
@@JamieAndersonMusic Lol, yeah, I almost always have to change keys on songs, unless it's my Blackmore's Night material, or Heather Alexander, they both have a comparable range. I kinda figured you did the simple version of the cord progression for that reason, and it works beautifully both ways😉😁💖 That's like Danny Boy, a lot of versions I've heard just use a 1-4-5 progression, which sounds beautiful, but I use a 1-4-1-m6-m2-5, 1st half of verse, and other configurations of those cords the rest of the song- gives it a little extra flavor😉😁💖
Jamie can you send me Silent Night with corresponding chords. I also like your fingering pattern of the same song So you give online lessons and how much per lesson. Thank you and will be waiting for your response! Carlos
